            Golf tournament arranged for 2/11 at agreed to pricing of $53.99 per member includes green fees, cart, tax. Arrived at the course to make payment for the tournament scheduled weeks in advance with agreed to pricing and *************************** (manager) flatly denied we had agreement and increased pricing $10 per member ($63.99 + tax) due to the fact this week was a premium week (i.e. WM Golf Tournament and the Super Bowl). Bait and switch - golf club had 50 members waiting to play and was forced to pay the demanded price. a. Rates for ********* for the next 2 weeks are the same from Open to 2pm - $53.99 + tax - course claim they are booking at $79 per round this week. b. Course indicated "price today" was $63.99 plus tax and that price is already discounted as they are booking for $79 c. The rates published on website just did not support this - and trust us, we were immediately on the website booking tee times for this morning to verify - all were $53.99. d. I did not see any signs in the Golf Shop indicating the pricing was increased this week above published rates.
