      OnQ has been unresponsive, unprofessional, and extremely rude regarding maintaince issues. From leaks to electrical issues to AC outages, OnQ has been nothing but unhelpful and exhausting to deal with. Have not interacted with anyone who seems to have empathy, morals, or work ethic. At this point they are close to (possibly already have) violating state law with their "management." I urge anyone looking at their properties to look elsewhere.

      I have had an outstanding experience with *********************** as our property manager. She is incredibly professional, responsive, and attentive to all our needs. We have On Q managing our property for about a year now, they made sure everything was in perfect order and have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Maintenance requests are handled swiftly and efficiently, and communication is always clear and timely. I highly recommend On Q and ****** to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated property manager. Their commitment to excellence truly sets them apart.

      I have been a tenant with On Q property management for almost a year now. When we moved into our home initially, there were multiple issues that had to be reported and fixed within the home including an ** unit that was not working properly, sprinklers that were broken, a dishwasher that had to be fixed and garage doors that we have had to have people out to fix 4 different times since living here. Up until this point, all of our issues have been taken care of timely and with great professionalism and urgency. Despite the consistent issues that arise with this home, we renewed our lease because we are at least well taken care of by the company.We had a change in property managers back in March. The previous property manager was attentive, she responded to emails and phone calls quickly and was very invested in creating a positive experience for us. On April 22nd,2024 reported an ** outage with our nest thermostat. We had a vendor sent out that was not able to identify an issue with the ** unit and advised that with the current nest thermostat we have its likely we need a new one and that Nest is one of the worst when it comes to connection errors and actually being able to identify and fix them. We were then emailed by ON Q and advised no issues were found and essentially nothing could be done. Meanwhile, in ******* it has only gotten hotter and the hotter its gotten the longer I am losing ** in my home. I have submitted multiple maintenance requests, I have sent in pictures of the error code and advised the company that I am losing ** for 7-8 hours a day, now, with temperatures 110+ home reaching above 90 degrees. I was contacted this week by a company they are asking to come and take a look again. This company advised they will likely not be able to fix. I have called ON q every week for the last 5 weeks. No call backs, no one answers the phone ( at all) emails are rarely Awful experience with new management ***************************** and overall company experience

      As a tenant, we always felt like ****** had our back! Very quick to respond to questions and concerns. She definitely took care of our family during our transition between owning homes. Thank you to all their staff, we appreciate yall!
