            Property manager ************************* of A-Z pro realty has failed to respond to 5 emails from me starting 2/18/24 and more emails from ***************************** (other tenant) regarding my 30 day notice. ***** was able to email me about inspection and a 10 day notice for air filter not being cleaned and front walk way not being clean(chalk). I emailed back with proof that issues had been resolved and then tried to follow up on my previous emails regarding my 30 notice because we would not be renewing the lease and no reply. I have not been contacted about my final walk through, the credit I have on the portal due to over paying last months rent and on what to do with my keys. Today is 3/27/2024 and my lease agreement ends 03/31/2024. I have tried to look up any contact information to the landlord directly (accesible housing of ******* llc) with no luck. I have asked ***** for their contact information since he wont respond and he did not give me that information either. The resident center (portal where I pay rent) shows I owe a balance for the month of april . This concern was also included in my email that was ignored.

            Rented a property managed by ************************* in 2019 and 2020. His business model is to serve the property owner and NOT the tenant. Renters beware! Based on our experience with him, he has no idea how to take care of tenants and considers that it is "inconsequential" whether or not he does so. His words not ours.Our mistake was making the decision to rent with this guy based on the house condition and location which checked our boxes. DO NOT make the same mistake: his contracts, fees, lack of support, lack of transparency and extremely unprofessional way of interacting with us made us regret ever renting with A-Z Pro Realty.Contact us directly for details on our experience.We own a couple of properties which we rent out ourselves and make it a priority to keep our tenants happy. We even offered ****************** some advice on where he could improve....... He just isn't interested in the tenant and told us so.We kept asking ourselves.... and still ask ourselves: how this service is viewed by the property owners? If it were us, we would have fired this guy very quickly.Ask yourselves: is the property owner who chooses A-Z Pro Realty to manage their property (knowing his position regarding tenants) someone who I should rent from?Listen to your realtor: ****************** is well known in the local market and is a choice that is not advisable for prospective tenants.One star is a generous rating, we would choose -10 if BBB had a negative rating scale.
