Property manager ************************* of A-Z pro realty has failed to respond to 5 emails from me starting 2/18/24 and more emails from ***************************** (other tenant) regarding my 30 day notice. ***** was able to email me about inspection and a 10 day notice for air filter not being cleaned and front walk way not being clean(chalk). I emailed back with proof that issues had been resolved and then tried to follow up on my previous emails regarding my 30 notice because we would not be renewing the lease and no reply. I have not been contacted about my final walk through, the credit I have on the portal due to over paying last months rent and on what to do with my keys. Today is 3/27/2024 and my lease agreement ends 03/31/2024. I have tried to look up any contact information to the landlord directly (accesible housing of ******* llc) with no luck. I have asked ***** for their contact information since he wont respond and he did not give me that information either. The resident center (portal where I pay rent) shows I owe a balance for the month of april . This concern was also included in my email that was ignored.Initial Complaint

This is a complaint filed on behalf of myself (*********************), ***********************, *********************, *************************, *************************, and ******************************* against Property Manager *************************, dba A-Z Pro Realty (*******, **) relative to the property located at *************************************************************. *********************** and I were co-signers for said rental property, and Cade, ******, ******, and ******** were tenants at said property from October 2021 to October 31, 2022. This complaint is in regards to ***************************** actions and handling of the "return of possession" process relative to said property, the tenants vacating the property, and the security deposit. Attached to this document is a four-page complaint letter detailing our complaint and situation, along with our correspondence with ******* via email and letter communications. Was in the process of potentially renting a townhouse from A-Z Pro Realty, did the initial application & paid $55.00 ******* money was requested to secure property for 48 hours, went to A-Z pro realty website & paid $550 ******* money plus $5.50 fee through my checking account. Then approximately one hour later I had a change of heart & decided to go with another property instead, called my *********** performed a stop payment at no charge. 3 days later I get an email from A-Z pro realty stating I owe a fee of $65.00 for stop pmt of $550.00. They claimed I violated the terms of the application...the application stated you forfeit the $550.00 if you do not sign the 1 year lease in two days from paying the ******* $$$ ...keep in mind no lease was ever signed by myself. They are not pursuing the $550 due to the fact they never got the money to begin with due to stop payment in 1 hour. ******* Law: AZ Rev **** 47-4403....customer has the right to stop pmt on a check.
