On 6/16/2024 Sexist and disturbing ownership and policy. On different days: 1. I came well dressed in business pants, door guard said, you can enter in sweat pants? 2. I came with a motorcycle jacket, he said, no athletic wear. 3. I came in a diesel designer sleeveless shirt, door guard said no cut offs. I asked him, what about the ****** girls inside with sleeveless shirts and tank tops. He said: I completely agree this place is sexist.I asked for their written policy, they refused. This is the ONLY place on all of broadway in ********* ** that creates sexist and illogical policy. To the owners, change your policy, post it, and make it logical. Im furious and will continue to report this business to business of oversight and other agenciesInitial Complaint

10/28/22 My wife and I went to celebrate a promotion she received at work. We went to Whiskey Row in Gilbert. We proceeded to the back bar at the east of the stage at around between the hours of 9:30-10:30pm, we opened a tab and were enjoying ourselves. I took some videos of ourselves and the normal things like our drinks and the backgrounds but suddenly I am approached by a bus boy and he accuses me of taking pictures of someones behind! I proceed to explain that I was not in any way doing that he refuses to hear me out and calls a bouncer over they start getting pushy so then my wife and I decide to leave. I tell them that I need to close my tab and the bouncer says no Ill bring it to you outside and he pushes us out, I was insulted, humiliated and embarrassed, my wife was crying because we were literally kicked out! This establishment is a public place and I am allowed to take pictures and video of ourselves having a good time. What they did was rude and disrespectful and could have led to identity theft since they didnt give me my property (credit card) until I was outside! I am requesting a refund of my money, I was asked to pay $20 cash to get in, first of all, they dont require a fee to get in for anyone else. I also would like to get refunded for the drinks ($74.50) we didnt finish due to being kicked out without allowing an explanation. An apology from the bartender, bouncer and bus boy involved for being publicly humiliated and for being targeted due to being Hispanic. Please help me resolve this. I have the charges on my statement except the cash I had to pay and I have the video they claim was a picture of a behind (Im toning down the language they used). Respectfully, ****
