            I first contacted them in July 2021 about a motorhome they had for sale. I put a deposit down in October of 2021 of $5,000 and another $50,000 in November 2021. I sent an inspector to do a pre delivery inspection and he found many pages of problems. They promised to fix it all for months and months. They delivered the coach in late May 2022 and then refused to give me the title because he didn't have it. He was selling the coach without the title illegally. I had to get my lawyer in on the emails for *********************** the owner to respond and finally get me the title in late July. He didn't fix anything he had promised and we have $485,000 motorhome we haven't ever been able to use and it's been over a year since we first tried to buy it from Premium Coach Group. I felt very taken advantage of and scammed.

            Perspective buyers beware! I purchased a Liberty coach from this company and other then the one salesperson ******************* the overall experience was absolutely regretful. *******************, was the only one at this business who cared about the customers, could be trusted and whos word meant something. The rest of the company puts profit above everything else, is totally dysfunctional, could care less about customers, their word is worthless, and they cannot be trusted. Its no wonder ***** is no longer with this company. My advice to current buyers is to make sure you have everything in writing and that you withhold enough of the final payment to cover everything they agree to perform until it is completed and make sure you verify that it was actually completed; do not take their word for it! I didnt and I got ripped off having to pay for agreed upon items myself after taking delivery. The ** of this company has NO coach experience and tried to get out of replacing the tires, after they agreed to, by saying that there was no problem with continuing to drive the coach with tires with date codes of 11/2003. If you are a perspective buyer, I would advise you to save yourself a lot of stress and money and buy from someone else.
