      01-12-23 I paid ***************** the owner of Eagle RV Repair $995 to replace the motherboard in my RV furnace, which he stated was the problem. At first, I thought it was working, but realized after he was gone that it would only run a few minutes and shut off. I called him and told him still wasnt working right and that he forgot to put the vent cover back on the outside of the trailer. He came back after a few days and said hed have to take the furnace with him. After repeated phone calls to him, he said it need a new fan and would take a week to get it. I waited the week and called him back, but he didnt answer. Finally after calling him more than 7 times within 2 days he said the fan was not the problem and he needed a welder to look at it. Again days passed and he did not get back to me. Finally he said the furnace was not repairable and I had to order a new one. I told him that I had lost all faith in him and to bring my furnace back and reimburse me for what I paid. He said he would call me back, but did not. I finally got him to answer after repeated calls, texts and emails. He told me he had many hours of labor tied up trying to fix my furnace which he felt he was due. I do not feel I owe him since he never fixed my furnace, took it and now refuses to bring it back and again wont answer my calls, texts or emails.I wish I would have seen all the bad reviews on him on Yelp before I asked him to do anything. I want all or at least most of my $995 back. I was never given a receipt and when I asked for one, he said he would get it to me. I have no idea of what I paid for except a very bad experience with a guy who obviously doesnt know what hes doing.

      On September 16th, **** from Eagle Rv service came to do a warranty service on my trailer, which I've gotta get done every year to keep the Forever Warranty active on my 2019 ***************. ****'s fee for doing a warranty service is $225.00 which I paid him through Zelle.Here's the Forever Warranty check list,Inspect roof and seal roof where necessary.B. Inspect axles and hub, lube where necessary.C. Inspect furnace clean blower, combustion chamber, control compartment (remove any dust, lint, obstructions) as necessary, test gas line for leaks.D. Inspect hot water heater flush holding tank, manually operate pressure temperature relief valve, clean burner tube (as outlined by the manufacturer) as necessary. E. Inspect suspension and lubricate where necessary grease front and rear suspension components, including, but not limited to, axle bearings, tie rods, control arms, and brake camshaft brackets (motorhomes only). I did see a Scam warning on the Zelle app regarding Eagle Rv, but thought nothing of it cause he was standing right beside me, when I showed him the scam warning he said nothing. After I paid him he said he would send me a receipt to turn to the warranty company, which is ****, the receipt has to be submitted by the end of September, I never got a receipt from ****, so then I asked the warranty company for an extension for October, I never got a receipt from ****, and lost my Forever Warranty for my trailer. I made repeating attempts to obtain a receipt from **** and was not belligerent or nasty towards him, I got nothing. If the BBB is able to shut him down please do so.Reason for writing the complaint now is because before my car accident on November 17th, I didn't have any time, also I spoke with ****, I forgot her last name, she looked up Eagle Rv and suggested that I write a complaint

      I wish I had read these reviews before calling Eagle RV. I had *** replace the air conditioner on my grooming van. Paid $2300 cash for which I forgot to ask for a receipt. The air conditioner works, but doesnt blow out as well as the old one. Probably because its a different brand and the inside cover was not replaced. I dont think this one blows out in the same places. When I called about it, I was told it didnt come with it and that it would be an extra $500 to get it. Asked about getting a receipt for my business taxes and warranty and was assured it would be emailed. After now calling at least 5 times, I still have no receipt therefore no warranty. Wont be using again, even if I have to wait longer for someone reliable.
