Had him out to fix a water heater problem. Says he swapped out the motherboard charged us over $700 and left. No old part or box for the new part. Water heater stopped working again a week or so later and called him back. Says he would show up the next morning and was a no show. Wont take our calls or return our messages. Call someone else!!

I recently had ****** out to look at an air conditioner not working. While he did not fix the problem he also ********** my roof and did not reassemble everything he took apart. I wrote him a check for $375 for about an hour of work and service call. $150 for a service call and $225 for his time. After finding the roof scuffed and not completed work I called him to renegotiate the fee and said I was going to cancel the check and he hung up on me. Call someone else.

We had a class C rental go out and while the renter had it, the catalytic converter was stolen. Eagle RV quickly got a new cat on the rig and told us they didn't have the O2 sensors that were taken with the cat and that we would need to take it to the dealership to get those replaced and the computer codes reset. We were initially very happy with their response times, even though the cost was high. We expected that since the repair was mobile. We took it to the dealer and were told that the aftermarket cat Eagle RV installed was the wrong one, the O2 sensors would not fit, and even if they did, the computer was not going to read the aftermarket cat. This is when they stopped responding to us. I tried to call and text several times to both phone numbers I had and we were ignored. Eventually, a call was answered and we were told they had to speak to ****** and he would call us back. This has yet to happen. We have not even had the chance to speak with them about a fair resolution and didn't even want to ask for a full refund, just a partial one to help with what the insurance did not cover for having to have 2 cats put on for the same theft. By the way, the *** part that was finally installed was significantly less expensive than the aftermarket part Eagle RV put on. We have two fleets of rental RVs in the valley, and I was initially excited about finding a mobile shop that was responsive. Unfortunately, that has since changed and not only will we not be using them, but we definitely will not be able to refer them to other people. All they had to do was communicate with us to come to a reasonable solution. They have refused to do so, which is unfortunate.

This guy will take advantage of a situation sticking you with an exorbitant ****. Did not provide paperwork for parts. Also, left with my water pump that I had just put a $27 new part on. He replaced some water lines less than $20 and a new water pump and charged $1042. Dont use this guy!

I set an appointment for 8am on a Friday to diagnose a plumbing problem on an RV. He never showed up nor did he call to say he wasn't going to make it. I tried to call he did not answer and does not have a voicemail set up to be able to leave a message. I later discovered his website is unsecured.
