      On the 8th of April I attempted to purchase a canoe on **** from the supposed seller buyboxclub. They did not hesitate to take my money but the next day informed me the package was to big to ship and could not send it to me. I asked for a refund and have not heard back from them.

      This is not related to our business at all. We do not sell on **** let alone sell canoes. No idea why they would believe this is our business which is an online smoke shop.

      -Purchased a box on 11/30 and paid for shipping insurance as well as express shipping. -contacted customer support about non shipment on 12/7 -promised an update on 12/7 -since then theyve ignored all attempts to contact them, receive and update or a refund -ultimately this is a straight up scam where an individual steals your money with no intent to deliver a product.       I saw this sight on tik tok offering this club subscription. It was a trial thing offering a refund anytime. After I joined I realized or felt they were a scam! They immediately charged my Mastercard to charges of $54 each. I received no confirmation, no phone number no address nothing I have sent about 20 emails with no response. I tried disputing with my credit card my credit card would not refund as they said Box Club told them they were legit. They are not! They are fraudulent! They charged me twice for one thing and no information on them. If you can find the sight it asks you to log in I dont have any info and I dont want it!!! I am just so upset as they will continue to make charges. I changed my credit card but they say Im still responsible for this companys charges!

      Ordered almost $80 worth of items. They sent me not even a forth of my order. Multiple messages sent for follow up just to be told they will find out where my order is. No one has got back with me just being ignored for weeks now.

      I brought a box on April 2nd 2021 for the total of $170. When I placed my order there was nothing saying they were on back order, but I thought hey its a pandemic things are hard on people I can wait a little, so waiting turned into May where I finally said never mind let me just cancel and get a refund that was May 20th 2021. I still havent seen my refund yet I lost contact with ****** on July 8th 2021 of him saying has it still not processed? Im beyond upset.
