In February 2023, I engaged Radiant Solar for the installation of a solar system at ********************************************, the installation took place on March 27 2023. However, in May 2023, the installed solar system failed the required inspection. I have invested a significant amount of money in this solar system through a financing arrangement. Unfortunately, the system remains non-operational, and all attempts to establish contact with Radiant Solar have proven fruitless.Compounding the issue, the financing companies continue to collect monthly installments from me but have been unable to facilitate communication with Radiant Solar. This situation has raised serious concerns, and I suspect the possibility of fraudulent activity, as I find myself obligated to make monthly payments for a product that is not functioning as promised.Since May 2023, I have diligently attempted to reach Radiant Solar through email and phone calls, yet I have received no response. I am urgently seeking Radiant Solar's assistance to resolve the issues with the solar system, ensuring that it operates as intended and successfully passes the required inspection.Initial Complaint

In August of 2022, I met with a sales rep from Radiant Solar to discuss adding solar panels to my home. On that same day we completed the paperwork for the loan. I was advised that for the first 3 months I would not have any payment while I transition and that I would receive an incentives check to cover the 1st 18 months, as part of the program which I never did. Within the same week, they came and install the panels. While Installing the panel they broke my skylight and at the end of the installation they left all the garbage including the crates that the panels came on. I have pictures to prove. I Didnt get an inspection date not till October , An inspector came but they fail inspection I was there and its like this company dont have a clue whats going on. Not till 3 months later I got a new appointment but the problem still wasnt fixed. Radiant solar had to get someone from out of state to come in and fixed the problem. finally. They play games and you can never get them on the phone I kept calling the office and one day they did answer and told me they will be in touch as soon as they have answers to my questions. Then I started calling all numbers I have in my phone for them some of they own employees told me to *** them because its a trend that they put people through. In the meanwhile, I am still paying all my electricity while having the loan for the solar system. Up till today, I am not able to get an answer, I have asked to speak to the manager or supervisor and was told that they will call me but no one did. This company should be shut down immediately. They are frauds and only stress come with their service.Initial Complaint

In June of 2022, I met with a sales rep from Radiant Solar to discuss adding solar panels to my home. On July 6, 2022, we completed the paperwork for the loan. I was advised that for the first 3 months I would not have any payment while I transition and that I would receive a incentives check to cover the 1st 18th month as part of the program. Within the same week, they came and install the panels. On August 1st, An inspection was scheduled for the system. The inspector 3 pm but the person for radiant solar that was supposed to show up and meet the inspector never shows. I was at work, and he called me and stated that he was there. I told him that my husband was home and that the inspector is in the car waiting in front of the house. He gave me the impression that he would meet with him and get the inspection but my husband later told me that he never showed and the inspector left. I waited to get a new appointment and never get one, finally, the sales rep answered me and said the office will be in touch with my questions. In the meanwhile, I am still paying con ****** while having the loan for the solar system. Up till today, I am not able to get an answer, I have asked to speak to the manager or supervisor and was told that they will call me but no one did.
