I live in a neighborhood that is posted no trespassing and no solicitors and they still come to the door to sell solar panels. I contacted the company only to be told that they didnt have anyone by that name working for them.Initial Complaint

In December 2021 we signed a contract for solar at our home with Sun Pro Solar located in *****, *******.. We have a contract (low interest loan) to pay for this in the amount of $41,0000. Sun Pro Solar put solar panels on our roof in January 2022 and to date ***** 2,2022) we still do not have solar connected to our home. Repeated calls to the company have gone unaddressed. The town inspected the panels two months ago and requested an affidavit from Sun Pro once received the town has to come out and reinspect. No reinspection date has been set. We have asked that Sun Pro remove the panels so we can get solar from a more reputable company, they refused. People we know in our neighborhood had their panels installed and in a week they were up and running, We have been very patient, but foresee this delay continuing. They send us money to pay the loan, but they do not come out to do the work, to schedule the inspection with the town do the town inspectors requested work to get them up and running.Initial Complaint

A company named Sun Pro Solar put up solar panels for me about 2 months ago, but they still aren't hooked up and working and i have already had to make the first payment! I want them to finish the job!Initial Complaint

In October we signed up for Sun Pro Solar after our salesman ********************* told us that we would eliminate our power **** by going Solar and therefore levelize our **** throughout the year by only paying the Solar Finance payment. We received our first **** for the Solar Panels in December before our panels were even activated along with our power **** as usual. Since then we have received a Solar **** along with a regular power **** every month. We have called multiple times every week trying to contact anyone to help us make this right. Not a single person has returned our calls or emails, no one has had the common decency to come see if the system is functioning correctly or even functional at all. Our power **** which we were struggling to pay before we got Solar is still the same if not higher and we are also paying the additional **** for the Solar panel financing. We CANNOT afford to continue to pay both bills and no one will help us. SunPro Solar lied to our faces, got us stuck in a contract and absolutely refuses to make any effort to correct the issue. SunPro Solar destroyed our roof. The job was supposed to be completed in June and wasn't completed by December. Our mortgage was adjusted to pay for the coat of the solar panel installation and the installation was never complete. All the while they were harassing us to sign documents saying the work was done.Initial Complaint

Correction: SunPro is the correct name and not SunPower: I have decided to install solar panels on my house to develop home equity and do away with Georgia Power due to cost. Salesman Dennis V******* met in January 202 and discussed to install 28 panels due to my estimated energy of 1200KW at the time. Unfortunately I could not start the process the fact that I just bought the house. Our second conversation he suggested 12 panels would provide me 900KW. I told him that I am concerned about the 12 panels = 900KW the fact that my life might change due having a family or having friends over and that 900KW will not do. He told me he will provide $1000 to offset the excess usage - I was like okay but deep down I knew 900KW will not do. Installation was September 11th, 2021, unfortunately the installed could not be carried out due to pipes in the way - the guy in charge of the installation also told me I would only get 13% energy production this was never communicated to me - I told them not to touch my house right there and then I called Dennis and told him - he said he will get back to me in couple days with better energy production to avoid paying two bills. As of November 9th, 2021 no one contacted regards to any update - I got a credit report that Mosaic Solar is on my report for solar Installation for which I do not have when I called Mosaic they told by December 1st, 2021 I need to pay $94.39 right then I explained that SunPro did not install any panels and they should cancel that loan now - Mosaic Solar started cancellation 11/9/2021 but stated that it will complete by the first week of January more than 30 days as stated. Chris from Sunpro called me the week that I cancelled and told me that they will take care of everything but now my credit report has been impacted with a loan for a product that was not installed/received. Mosaic Solar stated that they have disbursed the money to SunPro regards to the project. Sunpro needs to take care of this matter urgently.
