      Two years later my husband an I are still dealing with the fact that we were mislead when making this purchase and we continue to pay more in electricity than we did before we trusted this company to do right by us. They have now ghosted us after we almost came to a resolution with the previous Manager. Once the new one took over he clearly did not want to deal with the mess his company created. To this day we have been completely ignored and now we plan on taking further action. After reading their ******** reviews we are not the only ones that have been screwed over and mislead by this company.

      The solar system that was installed is producing according to warranties and expectations, but that warranty does not cover the electrical usage patterns of the home, only the production of the system. 

      Financing options that are used assume that the customer uses any incentives they receive towards the financing to keep the payment lower, this customer did not apply the incentives towards the financing, so their payment increased to reflect the full balance.  We encouraged them to contact the finance company to apply the incentives they received towards the balance to bring the payments down to the expected level again, but this was over a year ago and we haven't heard from them since.

      We have gone above and beyond what our service agreement states with this customer.  We have come out of pocket for additional equipment on their home at no cost to them, and in good faith in trying to help resolve their concerns, we have sent out cash rebates, and we have even given them credit to add more panels through ********************* We connected them with the installation team with that credit last year and haven't heard anything about the situation since so we assumed that the matter was resolved.  It sounds like maybe it wasn't though?  We will follow up with ***************** to see where this was left off on that side.  

      We are very sorry this customer feels that we have been "Ghosting" them, but the conversations that were had last year were left off in a professional and action itemed manner that had the customer and ***************** taking it from there to add more panels to their home.

      After 24 months of going back and forth with Volt about why we are not saving money with our solar investment, we still get push back from them as far as coming up with a solution. No matter what I say, Im continually getting it thrown in face that I made the wrong choice on my system and that the salesman had nothing to do with it. I depended on them as professionals to help us make the right decision since we knew nothing about it. The offers theyve given us to correct it include coming out of pocket with a large amount of cash money or take out another loan to upgrade it, install more insulation in my attic (which my AC guy said we didnt need) or hyper cool my house (which weve been doing and its not that cost effective). First they offered to correct it at Volts expense, which we have in an email, then they took it back and said we needed to pay. Also tried to say they did us a favor by giving us a cash rebate for $250 but failed to realize that we lost more money than that because they dropped the ball by not installing the load manager. It was hilarious because they tried to use the proposal against us and thats when I realized that it wasnt installed for about a year after signing. Then they ignore my emails for 2-3 days or even a week so more time goes by and gets wasted. Im really tired of being treated like I made a mistake and just wanted to save some money. Step it up and take care of your customers Volt !

      Hello *****, we are very sorry to hear this. There are multiple ways to save money with solar and after reviewing the proposal that your Energy Consultant went over with you, we see that your system is producing as expected and your remaining utility **** is where it was projected to be after the load manager was installed. We do apologize for the laps in time for your load manager to be installed and we are very sorry you feel that our rebate to address the delay was not sufficient to cover the costs incurred. Please send over any historic ******** you have going back to a year before ********* install to the present time if you have not already so we can analyze it and determine if any further compensation is due.

      Thank you for your response. We are not accepting a rebate at this time for compensation. After speaking with APS , we were told that our system is undersized for our home and would need to upgraded for it to make sense. They said that getting solar should result in credits so we could save money, even after the solar payment itself. We couldnt agree more. That is all we want is to have a system that makes sense. For all of the headache and time lost in the last 2 years , we would like for you to take care of this on Volts dime. We feel like we were mislead on the savings we were going to get. We need to move on this quickly so we dont miss out on the current buy back rate from APS. Please advise us on the next steps.
