      I'd like to get in contact with either you or ***..this is 1 of many attempts.. sales manager ***** has blocked by redirecting my attempts by many calls..leaving me to social media...in all ..being..I had a match price being advertised for 5 days..which I have documented I bought 12. Honored at 97 dollars..which was verified by ***** on tha internet via ****** search..thou later because of further review of my system size needed 2- 5000 kw inverters I needed 24 not 12 solar panels..I asked to ad to my order..being days later again tha 97 dollars appeared on your site for solar panels an again was in real time verified on ****** via your site 97 dollas...now ***** denied...and told me he would take to *** and get ok for additional panels being previously honored at that price..so with seeing write up on you and ***..integrity of honoring mistakes..I reach out to you to correct an ask if you could approve tha price matching of additional panels to complete my solar aray to which I need tha 12 panels...I ask this before giving my many reviews and complaints to departments an social media..being looking to starting affordable solar for consumers and being..a Consumer for All..an a very large team for and being a consumer for change advocate of how companies treat and interact with consumers with a lower budget than tha big companies...so in all hope to correct this an recommend you and ***'s company to many thru word of mouth and my influence of How to..make in tha World We pay..so much to have In..Respectfully ********************* ********** Ps..I will be picking my order up in Savanna ****** tha next 10 days..Stay Tru...and Thank U

      In March, the customer reached out to us to notify us that the price for one of our solar panels was listed different on ****** than on our website and wanted us to match the price. We checked and it was indeed showing the incorrect price. ****** is synced to our website, so the price should match exactly. We contacted ****** about this and they said it was "a glitch" and we took the product down and re-uploaded it to ****** to make sure the correct price was showing. The price showing on ****** was significantly lower than the cost of the product, but we told the customer we would honor it this one time and that we would be adjusting our terms and conditions to state "Prices on e-platforms that are not our website, such as (but not limited to) ****** and ********* may not display our accurate prices. We will only honor the pricing listed on our website." We notified the customer that this would be the only time we would honor the pricing so he needed to get the quantity he needed because after that he would be paying full price. 

      A few weeks later, the customer reached out saying ****** was displaying the same incorrect price again and demanded we honor that price again. We reminded the customer of our previous conversation: we would only honor that pricing once and that we had adjusted our terms and conditions to account for that glitch from ******. We told him we would not be honoring the price, but if he needed more panels, we would be happy to help him get an order ready. The customer got upset and called and yelled at every employee that answered the phone, demanding we honor the pricing. He wasn't ****** vulgar, but he was very aggressive and consistently threatened damaging our reputation through his influence online if we didn't meet his demands. In order to protect our employees from constant aggressive and threatening calls from the customer, we decided to block him and no longer sell him any more product.
