She took all our money & provided us with NO SERVICE after we drove over an hour to get here on 5/16/2024. Attached is a picture of her EXPIRED LICENSE! This racist scam artist should not be in service! We had prepaid for a $88 massage, $88 facial, and $275 groupon spa package which was our mistake because since it was prepaid she did not give us our money back. There was a huge accident on the freeway so we were running late and we called her ahead of time to let her know, to which she said thats fine and to still come and that she will still honour our full service. However, upon arrival she changed up the terms and told us that since we are late that we would only get 15 minutes of our prepaid hour long massage and hour long facials. She quickly shoved us in a room and told us to strip our clothes quickly with no further instruction. As my sister and I were on the service bed she told us that she cannot refund us our money and told our masseuse and facialist word for word to just rub their scalps for 15 minutes or something I dont care. To which the masseuse, facialist, me, and my sister were all so confused. They tried to reason with her but her high tempered hot head would not listen to even her employees. And then she barged into our room while my sister and I were naked to tell us to get out and that were done. So we received 0 minutes. She then began to record me, my mom, my sister, and my 3 year old niece without our permission threatening to call the police on us if we do not leave. While speaking to us so poorly, she was treating her white customers so differently. This racist woman kept looking my indian mom up and down with disgust looking like she was going to attack her. Me, my mom, my sister, and my niece wanted to have a nice girls day together but left feeling so targeted and traumatized by this experience and were forced to drive over an hour back home with no service received, and our money stolen from us to a woman who is unlicensed.

My husband booked a couples facial and massage for our birthday/babymoon at ********************* Paradise Valley location. We were in two separate rooms, but they were connected by an open door. I felt a little off about the massage therapist exposing my backside over and over to massage my buttocks and upper legs, under the sheet. I have never experienced this before in the dozens of massages I've had in the past. Then she moved to the bottom of the bed and started massaging my feet and the rest of my legs. She would lift my top leg (I was on my side, since I'm 8 months pregnant) and massage my inner thigh and a few times she seemed to carelessly massage up and momentarily hit my uncovered v**** The first time I thought that it was probably a careless mistake, after the third time I would not let her lift my leg anymore and she moved on. I was in such shock I had no idea what to say.I couldn't get over how uneasy I felt about the situation. Later that day I decided to write ***************** an email and shared what had happened. I even gave the massage therapist the benefit of the doubt and said it could have been a careless mistake. I just wanted her to be aware in case there is a future or ongoing situation. I was only hoping that she could mention to her massage therapist that she needs to be a little more careful with her clients, and to keep them covered, so they can be more comfortable. That's it. I never asked for anything.Today she called and left a message and said she would like to discuss the issue. I was expecting her to ask exactly what happened, so she could hear more details and then maybe say she would talk to her MT, maybe she would apologize for my discomfort. That would be the respectful thing to do, I would think. NO. That unfortunately was not what happened. I called her back and am floored with the unprofessional, accusation of a response I received. When I said who I was she said, "oh." rudely and then proceeded to tell me that her massage therapist would never and that she spoke with the woman that did our facials. She said that the esthetician saw nothing inappropriate happen and if anything, we were the ones being inappropriate! My mouth dropped open. She claims that when my husband was receiving his massage, the therapist asked if he wants it harder and that I said, he always wants it harder. And that he tried to expose himself. I don't think I have ever been more shocked. We barely spoke to either the esthetician or the massage therapist, let alone each other. That I can recall, she was asking us 'how the pressure was'. Both of us gave simple answers that the pressure was fine. The esthetician was at the head of my husband's bed, while I was receiving my massage. I doubt she could even see most of me. And I was on my side with my back facing the wall away from the other room. I explained all of those things to ***************** as calmly as I could. She told me those things couldn't be so and that maybe they should have called the cops on us. WHAT!?!? I told her I couldn't believe this was her response and that I felt violated. Then she accused me of maybe being sexually violated by someone else in some way in the past, so this is why I am reacting this way. Who says that to a client!?I don't even know what to say. I let a professional/owner know that I felt violated by someone that works for her and only hoped that she takes note of it and her response is that!? So unprofessional. So wrong. I'm beyond upset.

DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER!!! This is disturbing that people nowadays can write whatever they want and wrongfully accuse and ruin someone's reputation, career and deliberately lie to try and achieve free services. This is what she does. I read her other reviews for other places, and when she didn't receive a free pizza she destroyed their business, and now mine!! ******************* is an emotional 8 month pregnant woman who obviously is dealng with her own issues and insecurities. Nobody did anything to violate her!! My therapist worked thankfully side by side with an Aesthetician while doing her massage and clearly stated NOTHING inappropriate happened on my therapist end. My licensed therapist of 38 years has never subjected to any allegations or complaints against her, nor has my establishment. We are professionals here, and are sickened by her accusations. My therapist is a wonderful, compassionate, experienced, religious and elderly woman of 65 yrs old that says she will pray for them. I asked ***** if she was so called violated then why did she stay?? She was lost for words. Then finally said OH, I don't know. Really?? I know if I thought that and anyone else they would leave...not her. Because it never happened!!! I kept asking her then why didn't you end your session? No answer. Why didn't you say something? Your husband is right there next to you, so if this happened all she had to do is say something at the very least. They both left on my cameras pleased and tipped my therapist. She expected me to apologize on behalf of something that NEVER happened as we had 2 witnesses her husband and my Aesthetician!!! This woman owes us a sincere apology.
