They did excellent work. Quick and efficient. Easy to work with. Waited for our insurance check to come before billing us. ***** was a pleasure to work with.

What a great by the team to include **** who coordinated and ************************ and ***** who disconnected water softner and water heater as well as Furnace Air conditioner. They worked as a team to limit our time without air and water. The dry wall repair returned the wall to normal you can not see where the damage was. Great paint job. The Hot water heater turned out to be ***** and they were able to replace that with a new one by end of day. Could not have asked for better treatment. Thank you

I have a rental property that suffered water damage on JAN 15. I mistakenly chose Hyperbuilt to perform the work. BIG MISTAKE. Estimate was submitted to insurance on FEB 29. Project manager was assigned MAR 18. Work was finally begun APR 23. Cabinetry was finally installed MAY 1. By that time my tenant was frustrated with the constant delays, and I was forced to forgo May's rent payment. It is now MAY 14 and the work STILL HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED. When I ask for a reduction in the cost to offset my lost rental income, I was told "No. The work has been done is a timely manner". DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Very pleased with **************************** and his crew's work. They were able to get to my project quickly, were on time and on budget and the work completed was excellent.

We recently had a restoration job completed by Hyperbuilt LLC, due to a sudden hot water heater bursting and causing significant water damage. Starting with ****************** and the construction guys at my home (*****, **** and ***********), they all did an excellent job. They were all dedicated to getting the job done well. They answered all our questions and completed work to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Hyperbuilt, LLC.

Hyperbuilt was contacted by my plumber, on my behalf, when a leaking toilet turned into a larger problem once it was removed. *************************, my project manager was excellent at keeping me updated and dealing with the insurance claim for me. All of their staff was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. Special thanks to *****, **************************** and ****** for making this project as seamless as possible.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.They keep trying to scam me out my own money after insurance already paid exactly what they were going to pay. They keep harassing me and my insurance company said they were already paid "fair market value". They do shady practices and lies. They squeeze the customer for more money.

We recently has a restoration job completed from a leaking water heater. ***************************** and and coworker completed the work today 2/20/24. They did an excellent job, were very friendly and knowledgeable.

This company was put me and my family through so much run around and lying to us. The company damaged my dishwasher when the were removing my island countertop. One of the men that was standing next to the dishwasher presses the on button with the side of his hip and it was filling up with water. I asked them what that noise was and they thought it was my washing machine going of and I looked down at the dishwasher and it was turned on and filling up with water. Come to find out, they forgot to unplug the dishwasher before removing the island countertop. When they took out my dishwasher and put it in my garage, they failed to drain and empty the water in it, so now the dishwasher has a moldy smell in it. About 6 months later they came in to build my island and set my dishwasher in my front yard that has rocks in it and is very un level. The plugged in the dishwasher and got it open, but by then the water had all evaporated and was gone and the smell of mold was strong inside. Hyperbuilt men tried airing the dishwasher out to get rid of the smell, we that didn't work because you can still smell it. Also, while my dishwasher was in the rocks, it was a very windy day and the wind blew so hard the back of my dishwasher fell over and smashed the front lid part into the rocks, so now the front part of my dishwasher is all indented scratched and messed up, as well as the bottom pan part of it. When the workers from hyperbuilt brought the dishwasher in I followed and was watching them and I as one of the men what happened and he lied to my face and told me that it was already like that. That's a lie because I have the proof it wasn't like that and also, I was the one that picked it up, and stood it back up right. I was just waiting to catch them in a lie. The men were very unprofessional to me infant of my daughter. Also my RO water system has molded out cause the hyperbuilt refused to install aftertearing the island apart and ****** promised it was going to get put backin
