Ordered a set of Wrangler tires for my Jeep. Got an email from these people saying they're a special order, ( nothing on web site states anything about special order),No time frame for delivery. Offered wait or cancel. I cancelled and they took a 30% fee for cancelling. Total rip off, How are they still in business? Scum of the earth.

I don't know what this business is doing but it is not selling tires. I found them on ****** search for tires. They offered incredible prices. I paid with a credit card. In several days they cancelled my order. I thought it was some mistake and ordered tires again. The same thing happened again. They canceled it.

Ex-Employee of this company the owner sets up the website for a bait and switch program and when customers buy using Affirm or any other financing method, He will deny a refund and will force the customer to switch products.do not buy from here its a complete scam

Stay away. This business straight up stole my money. I placed an order on May 4, 2023. The next day I got an email saying the wheels I ordered are currently on backorder. I requested a refund. After several months of no refund or wheels I found out the wheels I ordered from their website were no longer being manufactured and there was no possibility the order could ever be filled. In fact I went back to their website and found many of the wheels they are "selling" are no longer made. I contacted Extreme Wheels multiple times attempting to get my money back. The only response I get from them is that the wheels I ordered are "currently not in stock." It's been about a year since I originally placed the order and have long since come to terms that I fell for a fraudulent website. They stole over $1200 from me, and this appears to be a common practice for them based on other reviews. The wheels I ordered are still for sale on their website right now, and they are still trying to steal money from new people.

Really wish I could leave a zero star review. This place is horrible, took my money in January it is now the end of April and I havent received a refund yet. Just like every other bad review they have on here theyre going to say they refunded my money but they lie. They wont write you back IF someone answers the phone when you call they cant answer any of your question. Its pathetic. As soon as you leave a bad review they come FAST asking you to delete it.

SCAM! Absolute SCAM!I searched for a set of Tsw Kemora Matte Gunmetal 18x10 (+25) on Feb 3, 2024. On ******* I found Extreme Wheel's ad saying they had the wheels for $126.60 each. I purchased 6 of them.Next day, I get an email from them: -----Hi There,Thank you for the order. This is a special order item so as soon as they're available we will get them shipped out. If you do not want to wait for these to come in I do have some very similar options that I can offer at our cost to obtain the product. For the time being the order is placed and we are waiting on these to arrive. Let me know if there's anything else we can do.Thank you -----I called them right then and explained that the ****** ad said the items were in stock and that I'd receive delivery in 7~9 days. Then they told me that this is how the wheel industry works and that they do not stock all wheels in their warehouse.I asked for an ETA and was told it would take 30 to ********************************************************* that it was never ordered as the manufacturer no longer makes the wheels.Now they will not give me my refund.I called to complain and was told to shut up as he has better things to do.

Ordered rims back in Nov 2023 and soon after found out they were in backorder. I got the run around saying they are a custom order and will take longer then normal. I waited till Jan *************************************************************************************************** Dec 2023. Affirm advised Extreme Wheel has been paid and will need to go thought them for a refund. I had called and can't get in touch with the Manager *******, I was told he was in charge of the refund department. Still no response from him. Called today 4/8/24 and was told all refunds are done by emails because those employees work from home and was told it started 2 weeks ago. This experience have been horrible and will never recommend this business to anyone. STAY AWAY. I shopped at Custom Offsets and got the same rims in 1 week. I will still try to get my money back for rims I never got and will update whenever I get my refund.Update 4/16/24 around 3pm went to the shop to see the manager ******* and ********************* told me he doesn't work there anymore he left a week ago and the new manager is a guy named **************** asked to speak with him and ***** advised hes gone for the day. ***** told me my order could take a year to get made because it was a custom order. I looked at him and said who waits a year for rims and he said lots of people. I requested a refund in person and wasn't getting anywhere so I contacted **************, I step outside and a younger male employee locked the door. Spoke with the police officer over the phone was given information to file a complaint ******* ************************ I hope this helps other people out there. This is the worst company I have ever seen just taking peoples money and creating fake reviews to make them look good.****************************************

I ordered a set of wheels for almost $2000.00 dollars but I was told that I had to pay an extra $250 dollars to have 2 of the wheels powder coated so I did. Once I received the wheels they were chipped up and scratched all over. I then contacted them and they told me I needed to detail the wheels and they would be fine. I shouldn't have to do that to a brand new set of wheels let alone anything. I told them I wouldn't and I didn't hear from them for a while so I emailed them and we went back and forth and they offered to give me $200 dollars which was wrong because I paid more to have 2 wheels done by them and then I would have to take them to someone and have them recoated which would cost another grand to be done right. Email after email nothing was happening except getting the run around. This went on for over 2 months. So I filed a dispute with my credit card company and it was found in their favor even with all the photo evidence I had so I disputed it again and once again it was found in their favor. I then contacted the actual wheel company that was based in ********** and they apologized about it and had me send the wheels to them to recoat and send back. A month went by and nothing. I reached out to the original people about my refund after my card company denied it and they said since I disputed the charge I wasn't able for a refund even tho I didn't have the wheels or money. I contacted the company in ********** that I shipped the wheels to and he said they were done and could ship them but he would have to contact the original company and make sure it was ok due to the dispute and that i might not be able to get the wheels which is robbery. he said he would call back in a few minutes. It's the next day and I haven't heard back yet. They have my money and my wheels with no remorse or care. This is a ridiculous scheme. Extreme wheels based in ******* sold the wheels and wheel image has the wheels based in ********** that is doing the coating

Don't spend a ***** with these clowns! Straight rip off.I put in an order for a set of wheels on 11/18/23, saw the great price and didn't check the reviews. I received an email 11/20/23 informing that the wheels I ordered where not in stocks. I immediately called them and spoke to "*****" and was told to look on the other website to see if I wanted another in stocks set for a discounted price. I said "no, I just want refund if you don't have the wheels I want in stock". I was told okay, the finance manager would be notified. 11/22/23 around 4:30 pm 30mins before they close, Thanksgiving eve I received the same generic email sent the first time offering me another set wheels. At this point I'm ******. I call them back 11/25 and spoke to "*****" to let him know I already ask for my refund. I was told they had the manufacturer already building me set off wheels and I would receive a call on Monday 11/27 to give me an exact time frame on when my wheels would be shipped. So I figured cool, I give them chance to make it right, besides I already paid and couple more day of waiting wasn't gonna hurt. Monday comes nothing, Tuesday the same, Wednesday I call them and I get "*****" on the line again. I ask him where my wheels shipped yet? and why he didn't reach out to on Monday like he said he would. I guess that ****** him off so he tried to get ***** with me, at the point I told him just give me a refund. He tells me there will be an 20% restocking fee for wheels they never had in the first place.lol. I gave him so choice words, hung and called credit card company to start a claim process. That was the last time I spoke to them.Today it's 2/21/24 and I was notified that I won my claim against them over 3 months later. During the claim process they lied and said they actually shipped my wheels last November. Lol. They shipped me tpsm and lug nuts, which I'm keeping for wasting my time. Stay far away from these ?? !!!!

Same story as the others here are being told. Order a part they come back *** generic message asking for more money because of an old sku and the new part will be an extra 100$ then give you the run around and say they cancel your order but don't actually give you a refund. Shady business practices and no follow up. Advise against
