            Receipt of Damaged Items:

            Please inspect all packages fordamage upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, make a note of thedamage on the shippers receipt and keep a copy. Please notify us thesame day so we can notify the shipping company, file a damage claim formand send you a replacement if necessary. Please retain all packingmaterials in case it is necessary for item(s) to be returned. Claimsmust be made within 48 hours of receipt.

            Order Cancellation Policy:

            Ordercancellations must be submitted by phone the same day within 15 minutesof the order being placed to avoid order cancellation fees. Orderscancelled after 5:00 Pacific Time, Monday through Friday on the datethe order was placed are subject to a fee of 20% cancellation fee. Ifthe product(s) have been ordered from our suppliers or have beenshipped, your order is also subject to all freight and handling charges.A 20% restocking fee will be applied if the order was cancelled afteryour product(s) have been ordered from the manufacturer. Special orders, such as custom made, custom machined or custom painted wheels are not applicable for cancellation.
             

            5-Day Return Policy:

            All returned merchandise must be innew condition. All return orders freight and handling charges are paidby the purchaser of the product unless the wrong item was shipped. A 20%restocking or cancellation fee will be charged on qualified returns andbuyer is responsible to pay any original shipping fees. Our 5 dayreturn policy is not applicable to special orders, such as custom made,custom machined or custom painted wheels.

            * Wheels must be fit checked onthe vehicle before mounting tires on them. Mounted wheels are notreturnable. Wheels that were shipped with tires mounted on them musthave not been installed on the vehicle and driven on.

            * All merchandise must be properlypackaged for return shipping. We are not able to give credit onmerchandise which has been damaged during return shipping due toimproper packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure thewheels and any hardware or accessories are packaged correctly andprotected from being damaged.

            * Please contact us to get an RGA(Returned Goods Authorization) number, packaging and shippinginstructions. Items returned without authorization may be refused andreturned freight collect.

          In May 2024, BBB investigated Extreme Wheels Tires & Rim Shop’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by the nature of complaints and customer reviews received by BBB. Consumers allege that the business fails to inform consumers of out of stock items before an order is placed, fails to provide an estimated time of arrival for special ordered items before an order is placed, fails to issue a refund for out of stock items and instead offers a higher priced item to be purchased, and charges a cancellation or restocking fee when the business cannot fulfill the order.

          On May 15, 2024, BBB sent the company a Business Practice Inquiry through email, to request the following information:
          -The quality control process the business has in place to ensure inventory is readily available to purchase and ship
          -The quality control process the business has in place to ensure special order items are labeled as such
          -Solutions the business will provide consumers when products are purchased but the business is unable to provide them
          -Solutions the business will provide to consumers that purchased products that are special order but are not labeled as such

          As of May 22, 2024, the business has not responded to BBB's request.

          Consumers with outstanding concerns are still encouraged to file a complaint for BBB records, but may also wish to file a complaint with the Attorney General’s Office and/or the Federal Trade Commission.
