We filed a home warranty issue and K&T Appliance are the ones that came to fix it. Our dishwasher was leaking. They have come twice to replace the molding. A few days after the last piece was replaced it was leaking again. We have called 5-6 times and left messages with no return phone call. This company has the absolute worst customer ********************** that I have ever seen. My dishwasher needs to be repaired and they dont seem to care because they have already been paid by warranty company. I want my dishwasher repaired and done properly and in a timely manner.Initial Complaint

I went thru home owners insurance to file a claim for my fridge that is leaking. Some one came out from ***** appliance, llc, and did what they needed to do. Weeks later maybe a few months later, they come back and say oh, oops that party, or what is going on was not covered. There were two different times where they stayed ok, is covered we have to order the parts and go from there. This is where months later I cannot use my fridge, now the part is not covered. I need help with this issue as I'm an older lady, and already spent money for them to show the issue or and left me hanging with taking my funds.Initial Complaint

Technician was on site to troubleshoot issue with refrigerator on 8/25. They provided details and repair was approved through the home warranty company. I attempted to reach the company via phone and email and was finally successful in obtaining a response on 8/29 after a number of attempts The service repair communicated via email they would be on site (8/31) between **** and at 2:30 no one has shown or called. I reached out and they advised I was on the schedule for tomorrow. I sent the email where the provided todays date and time and they shared no technician could be on site today and they were trying to schedule asap. They are now stating I am not schedule as communicated three hours earlier and their next available time is 9/6. Our refrigerator has been non-operational since 8/21 (10 Days). Asking for assistance to help have the repair completed this week as communicated twice by the service provider who is now attempting to push a week out.
