BAILEY'S BLIND REPAIR! ********************************************* PHONE (ALSO LOCATED AT ***********************************************************************************************. They had a service fee. $50.00 if they can fix it.But when i called ***** she said they could fix our curtain cords i explained.they are floor to celing..And the cords off the roller to open.She sends a guy "****" out who says we dont fix those he put the cord on the roller..anywY...charged $****** it took 5 min...it fell off a day later.They dont return 6 attempted phone calls.And no refund..we want our ****** back. No reply

Hired this company to fix my blinds in Oct 2022. The technician came to our home & used the garage code to enter since the house was vacant its a vacation rental. He called me when in the ********* told him which window had the non-working blinds. I asked him to call me back after he completed the work. 5 minutes later he called & said it was done. I said "What in 5 minutes?" I asked if he replaced a ********* said no but he fixed it. I said I was leery & worried that he didn't fix it (turns out I was right!). I couldnt understand why it was such a secret that he wasnt telling me what he did to fix it. I asked if we continue to have problems will he come back & fix it for free? He said yes!In Nov. when renters returned the blinds still had the same problem. I called the company to return to fix them. Apparently they have a "policy" that I have to pay another trip fee of $95 if he came back! If he had done what he was supposed to do the first time we wouldnt need him to come back again a month later. I think this is a scam! Charge us a trip fee plus parts & labor dont fix the problem & then charge us again for the same thing. They said that the invoice (which I never saw) details a cord lock mechanism repair. That does not mean that he replaced the broken cord lock mechanism with a new one which is what should have been done! The tech tried to do as little as possible, as quickly as possible and didnt fix it. This so called policy that we have to pay another trip fee of $95 no matter what, EVEN IF IT WAS THEIR FAULT is ethically wrong & unfair. We hired them to fix the problem not steel our money. A reliable & responsible business would not do this to their customers & would gladly return to rectify the problem. I gave them the opportunity to come back & make it right but they said only if I paid the $95 trip fee AGAIN. We are NOT paying them anymore money. They are untrustworthy & their quality of work is obviously extremely poor.
