Shameful. Have had service there in the past and they attempt to upsell. I have a nail of some time in my tire so I had an appointment to bring it in today and was told that they were running out of time so would have to do a "fast fix" and take about 90 minutes or so and could not wash the vehicle, *********************** "Service Advisor" then told me it would cost me $400+ to fix, I told him I had the insurance on tires which they sold me, his response was "you pay up front on the weekends", I then said I had not done so on a weekend a previous time - his response "that's a lie, looks like you don't get it fixed", I then asked to speak with the service manager - ********************* - he approached me with anger in his eyes looking for a fight, all puffed up. "you either pay or get your crappy a** car out of here", I took his photo and he attempted to grab my phone, he then postured looking to fight, he pushed me out the door and I tripped on the carpet while he said "get the f*** out or I'll call the police... we don't need your business here". All this time attempted to grab my phone and my keys,Review from Julie W

Used the service department several times at *** Arrowhead always not a good experience, this will be my last. This $120 oil change changed into a $440 total. They did an unrequested brake fluid job. Charged us for it. Management refused to do anything to make it right.Saying the job was done. Well, I did NOT request it.~very unhappyReview from Maxwel O

Their service department will continue to call you, text you, send you emails, every month. I had requested to be taken off of their service list, since I no longer own a *** but unfortunately the service managers just ignore your request, I've asked if they can place me on the Do Not Call list and still they continues to call. Here's some of the service managers names *****************************, *******************.Review from john t

Unfortunately we purchased a used Lexus 2018 April5,2023.The vehicle was sold with two key fobs. After several weeks of driving the car we found that the second keyfob Didnt work,so we contacted the sales man who did not return our call.So we took it upon ourselves to drive to the dealer and explain the situation. We were told since it was a used car we had to purchase another Key ,that this was what came with the car. Since now days for safety purposes you need more than one key fob.I proceeded to go to Lexus and had a new battery installed, and was told it was not the key fob for this vehicle ,when the new battery did not change anything.I was told by Lexus it would cost $560-$580. For a new key fob.I once again contacted the Salesman and he finally returned my call 2 days later ,with the same answer as before, after he talked to the general manager, not their problem,it was a used car? This is disgusting, since we paid for two key fobs, and only have one.I sent a letter to the general manager after the last encounter with the salesman, stating the situation and that I would like compensation for a key fob.It had been since June 27,2023 and no phone calls from Him. I would give them a zero on a scale of customer service. Wish I had read the reviews before doing business with them.Review from Terry D

I could have saved myself a lot of trouble by reading the ******************** about Arrowhead BMW on BBB. I recently moved to ******* and picked the closest dealer. At my initial appointment I was told my brakes needed replacement, which I did. But a short time later the front rotors rusted. In my experience *** rotors do not rust. They agreed to replace the rusted front rotors, but reused the brake pads by chamfering. *** brakes are designed for the rotors and pads to wear together and must be replaced in pairs.Driving home the brakes squealed loudly when I slowed to stop. I suspect chamfering the pads or improper installation was the cause. I made the service advisor aware of the problem. He said he would check with the technician and get back to me. I never heard from him again. The squealing is so loud that it turns heads at a stoplight. Very annoying.I took the car back to the dealership and learned my service advisor was no longer there. My new SA was unfamiliar with the history, did not have access to the other advisors records and didnt want a recap. He said the loud squeal is normal and I got lucky that it had not happened before. He said because the brakes work, the warranty will not cover replacement. I was handed a *** Brake Systems brochure stating sport brakes may experience slight noises while braking. This noise is not slight. He suggested I could pay to have the front brakes replaced again and I might get lucky. That is utter nonsense! They cleaned the brakes and I drove home. I then notified them cleaning the brakes had not lessened the squeal. I got a text from them saying they would be contacting me to address my concerns, but they never did. So much for customer service.I believe the *** brake squeal problem is an installation issue. It may also be a quality control issue. Given the first set of front rotors both rusted and their work created the squeal. The dealership takes no responsibility, leaving me with an unresolved headache.Review from Tammy F

Arrowhead BMW service department treats their customers poorly. We dropped our 850 grand coupe off due to our moonroof shattering from the cold weather. The service writer **** determines that a rock hit it. A rock DID NOT hit it. The entire windshield EXPLODED, glass got in my hair, clothes and eye. I am still shook up and extremely upset about the poor treatment that I received. They could not provide me with a loaner nor a rental. I was offered a lift in an 1 cylinder car that was uncomfortable. I have spoke with my attorney and has discovered that *** has a manufacturer defect in their moonroof and that this has has happened to many *** drivers. I believe if I was a different skin tone I would have received different treatment. As a business owner I would never treat my customers this way. Run from this place!Review from Marilyn B.

I had gone in last week to see a salesman about an M440i coupe. He told me to factory order one it would be 4 months. My husband wanted to test drive one and the m4 competition to remember what they were like from 18 months ago. We had an appointment to go there today. Instead of seeing either of 2 sales people we had talked to on the phone with this week, some other person entirely different takes over. He says the person who told us we could order a car in 4 months was lying at his own Arrowhead BMW dealership (among what other dealerships were saying too). He said it would be a year and to come back in two weeks. We left and sent an email to *************************, who we never saw but had an email appointment with, and told him we were going to the competitor *** since we were told it would be a year. 3 other people had already told us more like 4 months or less than the Arrowhead BMW representative did. I think it was ******? We have bought two vehicles from this dealership before with problems with paint badly damaged, and misinformation on sales like ************************ repair as part of that contract purchase, and this place cannot get their act together.
