Date of transaction: 04/19/2024 @ 1:54PM debit card transaction paid $1250.00 The business committed to selling me a car and I was denied a loan after they took my money. The car was having issues and needed to go to the shop to be fixed per ***** the salesman. The car never left the lot and I never took possession of the car. I called and talked to ***** and let him know the car loan was denied and that I would like to end the car deal at which time he handed the phone over to Sully "the owner". He tried to get me to buy a lower amount car and at that time I stated no I would just like my money returned. ***** and ***** both stated that they would return my deposit. That it would take up to a few business days to return it. End of phone call. After waiting a few days and not seeing a refund I tried to reach out to Car Nation AZ and they refused to reach back out to me. So I called my bank. **** of America did an investigation and stated since I used my PIN number they could not refund my money. So this is why I am now reaching out to you for help. They took my money and there is nothing that stated they will not refund it. They verbally told me they were going to refund the money and now it is a game with this company and my money.Business response

I believe our customer was not aware that she had to bring the card used to get refund issued. After speaking with our customer she understood that the card had to be present and then showed up so we can issue a refund. The matter has been resolved and customer has been refunded
