  The closets in my home were installed by closet people 9 years ago. Over the past 6 months I've had their leader ******* to my home twice to schedule needed changes. I've provided everything requested and the business isn't even responding at this point. I've had 3 closets from them and they are literally ignoring my requests for needed work. I simply need help as I trusted this business and they've since been completely unprofessional.

  I received a request from *************** for a consult and scheduled to meet with her on Friday March 25th. She called and cancelled that appointment and rescheduled the consult for Tuesday March 29th. I met with her on Tuesday, March 29th.

  She wanted us to dismantle one of her closets and use the parts to do modifications she wanted on another closet. I informed her that this was not something we normally do and that I would have to check with others to see if this was something we could do for her. I told her that we were 90 days out for scheduling, and we would not be able to reuse the used parts for the modifications and that those would need to be new. She agreed because she wanted to try to resell her other closet. I later told her that they were hesitant to dismantle the closet for her and did not know how to price that out as it is not something we would normally do. She was insistent that we provide her this service so I again went back to see if I could get this accomplished and what the cost would be. I emailed her on the 21st with the estimated costs and was awaiting her response.

  I left town early morning of the 28th. My mother was hospitalized and passed away. *************** called Saturday the 30th. I was in contact with her within 2 hours of her call. She said she did not receive my email. I texted her the estimated costs and dates we could perform the service that same morning, she said she would consider it. Then asked if I could have it done on a Saturday. I agreed after confirming with the installer. I did inform her that I am the only representative and have been out of the office since the 27th and unfortunately would be out of the office this week and would send her the formal estimate and dates via email when I returned on the 9th. We agreed on the services and pricing we will be performing for her and it is scheduled to take place on Saturday, the 14th of May.
