            i am an ex employee. they state that their hiring age is seventeen but they hired me at sixteen and multiple other sixteen year olds. there were rats in the kitchen that never got reported, they sent me home for not being in dress code on my first shift when they never informed me of the dress code. they got mad at another ex employee for not wearing tight clothes even though she is pregnant. for months theyve only been paying in cash, the last round of checks they sent out bounced, and for the two shifts i worked there, i didnt get paid and they never told me that they couldnt pay me without my social security card, and i havent been working there for at least a month now.

            Horribly run business. Staff is just a bunch of high schoolers with bad attitudes and little training on proper customer service. The nerve to ask customers for tips on non-existent customer service is, quite frankly, an insult. Someone flipping around an iPad and waiting for their coworker to make the drink without even so much as a smile or a kind word does not deserve a tip. It's not the staff's fault that they aren't trained, but it absolutely is their fault for giving attitude to every customer and making excuses for mistakes instead of offering to fix them. It feels like there is never a manager on duty anytime I go, and it is quite frankly a bit sickening to see the responsibility of running a business falling on a bunch of 17 year olds with bad attitudes. Such a shame, I used to love coming here.
