      My bank is trying to charge me a $32 nsf because of another company taking my money which I believe is unfair because it isnt my fault and they took money without me knowing

      A $32 NSF fee was processed due to an Apple charge of $5.45 on June 9, 2023. NSF fees are not typically refunded unless it is due to an error on the part of SunWest or due to fraud. If the charge is due to a fraudulent transaction, the process is to refund the fee once the fraud claim process has been completed. However, a courtesy refund for this fee was processed to the member's account on July 20, 2023.

      Unable TO GET RESOLUTION concerning my issue concerning DELETION OF ACCTS ON ALL 4 CREDIT BUREAUS and a settlement/negotiation.Unable to reach anyone to help. I'm currently homeless, unemployed, I am on disability, judgment proof I have no assets and I am living in my car. I am unable to get into an apartment and have Been denied employment at a bank and a credit union because of the inaccurate information reporting on all 4 credit bureaus. All 4 credit bureaus show something different. If I am.unable to get resolution with my complaint to the BBB THEN I WILL FILE A STATEVATTORNEY COMPLAINT.

      Over the past several months, Mr. *** has contacted SunWest several times with offers to settle. These offers have been declined by SunWest and the loans referenced in these offers continue to report accurately. A current settlement negotiation began on 04/28/2023 and the terms of this settlement have yet to be met. If and when the terms of settlement are met, SunWest will update its credit reporting appropriately.

      I have no idea what they are talking about they have not  met yet agreed to any of my requests. 

      No settlement agreement has been agreed upon by both parties. 

      No confidentiality agreement has been signed. I will not accept anything less then a full and completion deletion for all four credit bureaus and deletion of all hard inquiries oN EW/ CHEXSYSTEMS EQUIFAX TRANSUNION INNOVIS AND EXPERIAN 

      ALL 4  credit bureaus are all reporting something different they are not accurate under the ***** I even waived the cease and desist that I had requested so that we can come to a mutual agreement. I will not accept paid collection, paid charge off, paid in full or settled for less. I have been denied for an apartment and I am unable to get housing, a new job that requires a credit check I can not open a new bank account and I have been denied for a secured credit card. If we can not come to a reasonable and fair agreement my next step is The State Attorney General Consumer Affairs, CFPB, NCUA, and the *****. They are making my life very difficult and the people making these decisions have a door that locks every night and a safe home to go to each night. I am judgment proof and have no assets. I am hoping they work will me so I can stop filing complaints because no one cares about this issue. My last step is a small claims action where there are no appeals, no jury trial and no lawyers. I will not back down. I have a right to stand up for myself. Please consider the fact that I am uncollectable and trying my best to figure something out.

      Our Director of Collections has stated that he and Mr. *** have spoken as of today (05/09/2023), ** which Mr. *** stated that he filed a rebuttal to our initial response and to ignore this since our two parties have been able to discuss settlement terms.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

      I went into the branch on or around ***** and I was given a form to fill out to get a replacement tap card. I was practically pushed out the door because they were trying to take a Christmas picture. I got home and they had sent me another form, apologizing for the mistake but could I fill out the new form? I did.Then on ***** I went to the branch AGAIN and when I told the manager the previous scenario, she laughed and said oh I remember that, I was in that picture. She then said the new form I had filled out and emailed back had never been processed. She had me fill out another form for the tap card and gave me a temporary card to use since I havent been able to access my account since mid-December.Now a month later I am being told to call to get something I have done three times now.It is ridiculous that after 2 months I still dont have my bank card. I cannot believe I have taken time off work twice to take care of this and they are consistently failing at what would seem to be a simple task. And their solution is for me to take more time off to come request another card.

      A representative with our Arrowhead Branch spoke with ****** directly after seeing her review on ******** and Yelp and worked with her to get this issue resolved.
