Filing a formal complaint regarding failed and negligently treatment of provider ************************** from August 28th September 3rd September,8th September 17th, September 24th, September 27th October 1st ,October 20th and October 22nd. My initial approach was 7/30/21 I've constantly gone back and forth to that office for a bad infection inside of a new Crown placement. Those date above present the days I've contacted and saw him. last time there 10/22 there was no x-rays involved. He looked at the surface and said there was no infection. Thus, days later 11/10/21 I was put on another abx for 10 days that was my third round of antibiotics. 3red round. The past 2 weeks the pain was horrible with weight loss. 11/22/21 I had to see another provider. As he found that I had a large abscess the size of a quail egg that had to be drained and administered abx medication 11/24/21 I must go back for total root canal. ************** totally ignored my complaints and my discomfort even with the symptoms I described. Pain, taking **** mg twice a day of Naproxen since September and swelling. ************** did not touch me the last time I was there. That in which following couple days I was put on the antibiotic from another doctor for 10 days. He never tried Rectify this infection, but he was focused on putting a whole new Crown in there even though it was just placed August. I've constantly had issues with pain, missing work, trying to get to his office between work to get to his appointment. All results were for nothing. My last day seeing him 10/22/21 he did not perform an x-ray, he looked at my gum and said there was no infection. So, how do you determine an infection without an x-ray? I am disappointed I am not happy and I refuse to ever go back and let him treat me for anything Dental related. From starting this new job skipping wages and time since August and the turmoil I've experienced with him not taking care of my health needs or my concerns. I am mentally traumatized.
