      I hired this company to do a job for my company. They did not do the job, I terminated them, and they are refusing to refund the money that they said they were going to refund. They do not answer their phone, hide behind email, and do not answer the email i send. The person i spoke to is ******, assured me they were refunding the money, but now they have ghosted me and have not refunded the money. This has been going on for several weeks now.

      Hello *****, we created content for your business on march 7th. You asked for revisions we made them and still you were unsatisfied. We offered to schedule a zoom meeting with you to go over all of the content together and then you asked for a refund after we provided service. Lastly you charged back the funds after we delivered services. Theres nothing we can do at this point you received free service from our company already.

      I do not accept the answer or resolution from the business. You were asked to provide a service which you did not do. The service you tried to give me was less than bad to say the least. Then you tried to revise your work and it was still terrible. I told you on March 7 th after it was clear you were not cut out for the job that I was terminating your company because of the poor work and to see all the bad reviews and complaints about your service and unwillingness to refund money is not shocking at all. I did not receive my refund from you, you owe me $265 for the service that was not delivered, I have nothing from your company for the money and expect a refund immediately. My bank put a hold on $65 of the money owed since you do not return calls. I spoke to ****** the day I terminated your company and was told the refund would be issued.

      We worked with ***** initially and spent time, energy, and resources to create 5 ad creatives and deliver on the service he purchased by created him content. He was not willing to work with ** to revise the content to his liking and was adamant about cancelling and getting a refund. We refunded the payments he requested and this matter is settled.

      I was trying to signed up for their social media management platform before I could get my debit card I got a call like at 10 PM here in ********* they are in ******* just one hour difference in time. So I felt that was annoying I decided not to join over the next two weeks I kept getting email offer after email offer I finally decided maybe I will give them a chance by pass the ******* with heavy accents So I did same thing my phone started getting text while I filled out all their questionnaire so I left it at that I was like maybe they will work next few days you still have not filled out the questions blah blah so I took it as a divine sighn I said please call this and refund the card over the next few days I still kept getting emails finally yesterday a guy calls and I could understand what he was saying nice guy from ***** I told him listen I asked for this account to be cancelled I told him I requested this in say two he goes on about we apologize for the inconveniences will you keep the account if I drop it to $60 something I said look its about the principal not the money He says okay I will get the team to cancel a few hours later I get a bunch of things to post for @frenchiesglobe and that really upset me because by now I felt as if this company who is here in *** however they need to train their outsource better or simply employ *** employees but after all the stuff done to me I will never trust this company so cancel and refund.

      **** had signed up under 1 account and used different credentials to fill out our intake forms. He was sent an automatic text stating he did not fill out our intake form because the other account was used. We did complete content for **** and already spent time, energy, and effort in the account. We offered him a discount to stay with ** and he continued to insult the work of our team and was not willing to work with ** internally to resolve the matter.

      Thank you BBB I will now take this to the next levels you can present the rebuttal I will wait til you close the complaint to proceed and really all things boils down to is trust & ethics without either one can't keep paying a company and it gets to a point where the customer looosrs it's trust this serves me as a reminder to post a review and share with my ******************************************************************************************************************** expose them for the fraud they are.

      Hello **** signed up for our service we sent him over content within 48 hours of him purchasing. We spent time, energy, & resources working on his content. We tried to offer him additional services because we do not offer a refund after we completed the order

      I contacted the business to do a trial for their services in September, 2023. Spoke to them and said that I wanted to try the services for 3 months to see how their work was. Took then until end of October to get the correct creative info for my posts. (multiple errors over & over again) Finally approved their creative and they started posting in November, 2023. As we went along, still multiple errors that I had to contact them to correct OVER & OVER AGAIN! (it was like they didn't understand English) ? Sent them a message on Jan29th stating that I was not happy with their services and wanted to end my business with them. As of today (they are still posting) I have spoken to them, sent additional texts and emails reiterating that I only agreed to 3 months! They have now charged my credit card for 6 months! They are still not responding to me emails or messages! I want the 3 extra months that they charged me for to be reimbursed ! ASAP ! Terrible communication and follow up from them and will NEVER EVER do business with them again !!!

      ****** was working with up until the end of January in which he requested to cancel the service. We delivered on all services ****** paid for and we refunded the February payment he was wrongly charged for. In conclusion, ****** received all of the services he paid for and we wish him nothing but the best.

      I hired this company and I believe I made a huge mistake I paid $60 they were to create a few pieces of content and start posting @nuyoucare they sent me some low quality images so I sent them back and I told them for $5 I can get thausands of images from Fiverr it kept taking really long to I said look you need to cancel and refund I no longer trust this company I am demanding a full refund

      We've completed a full batch of content for this client. They've signed our terms and conditions which states we will re do the content until the customer is fully satisfied. Unfortunately due to the time, effort, and resources we put into the work we can not issue a refund. We always strive to provide our clients with the best solution.

       they did nothing but toss a bunch of cheap images my way never did anything special
      I will go to a court for way more then what I want and I will file a review iny 16 million viewers network on ****** maps plus my millions of social media followers

      Service was promised and not delivered. Two months of subscription $99 can /month taken from my cc and the social media posts promised have not been delivered. I’ve repeatedly asked for refunds and cancellation moving forward. I’m sent standard emails saying someone will get to it. I received one phone call 16 days ago and again no followup! This started nov 18 I just want it resolved with cancellation and refunds! This company has terrible customer service and is giving me the run around.

      I signed up with this marketing agency on 10/25/21 in hopes of having help with my business by getting content created and posted to my account every other day. The subscription j signed up for was for $75 amount. After you sign up there are three sheets that have to be filed out about my business and apart of that is giving them access to all my social media platforms to post content. I gave the onboarding person by the name of Rasheed my ******** account more then once because I was told that some of my information was removed from my account. I found out from ******** that I was removed as the administrator of my ******** account and told the *********************** that and he told me he would have the problem flexed but he never did. I called the company and spoke with one of the Representive and he told me to go in and do something with my account and that should help. I did further digging an round out that someone purposely removed me as the administrator because you get the option on ******** to do so. I kept saying I dont get why I would be removed as the administrator from my account unless someone in the company is trying to hack my page. They offered to create another page and run a campaign for my ******** page but I told them I dont trust the company after that situation with some removing from my ******** business page. My regular ******** account was locked by ******** due to usual activity I went through h*** just to get back into ********, but I still cant get into my ******** business page because Im no longer the administrator and Im still trying to find someone to get back access to the page. I told this company I want a refund of my money and all they keep on doing is giving me the run around or offer me something I dont want. All I keep on hearing is that someone will reach out to you about this matter and it is need going on a week since I been refunded my money or heard anything back. All I want is my $75 back. They never did any services for me

      I dont accept nothing anyone from that fraudulent business has to say if it wasnt for me reaching out to my bank and filing a dispute I wouldnt have my refund. I passed all my proof over to them and they discovered I was telling the truth. Yall created some corny content which yall never did any services for me. So I did deserve my money back. Yall kick me off of my ******** business page and who knows what else would have happened. It took the BBB all this time to get a response from you. I hope yall get removed from the BBB because yall company is a joke.
