CLEANED THE NEIGHBORING BUSINESS VENT ***** it is really disappointing that you have not gotten back to me in over three weeks since our conversation on May 1, 2023 regarding the fact that you have been cleaning the neighbors dryer vent rather than ours for the last 3 years.I made a reasonable request that you reimburse me for the $673 we have paid Kings Air Duct Cleaning over the past 3 years since you were not servicing our business dryer vent and had made the mistake over and over again of cleaning the dryer vent of the business nextdoor.Additionally the risk we faced to start a fire is very real. Add to that the fact that we sometimes have ***** dogs in the shop, the liability is huge.Over time and due to my calls of concern you had assured me several times that you cleaned my vent and we had nothing to worry about.When I was at the shop on April 12,2023 I disassembled the new dryer vent your employee installed 2 years ago. That's when I realized you had not cleaned our vents. The 4" and 6"vent ducts were completely clogged-stuffed full of dog hair.On April 13 you stopped by and saw the fully clogged vent. At that time you suggested to move the dryer to another location and once the work was done you would come back to complete the dryer vent installation. I hired an electrician to do the electrical work and drill the 4"hole in the concrete which was completed on April 21,2023. I'd given you a heads up on Thursday April 20 & Friday morning April 21 so you could come back to complete the agreed upon vent connection but didn't hear from you Because you did not reply the electrician did the vent installation to complete the job. This cost me an additional expense but saved you time and money in the neighborhood of $100 for parts and labor. I have left voicemails and sent a text on May 15, 2023 and still you have not responded. I would appreciate the courtesy of a reply.
