I purchased an ebike almost a month ago from this company. The company claims that it used to be physical location but went to web only. I paid almost $700 for this bike for my son. Upon delivery it had a broken or defective part. Without this part it is impossible to ride the bike safely. I have tried at least 10 times to get the part replaced but they refuse to address the issue. Instead they loop my emails asking the same question over and over. Their website boast that they have the best customer service and resolve issues promptly. They even wanted my 7 year son to ride this bike to test it even though the bike is completely unsafe to ride. They refuse to allow me to post my review of my issues on their site allowing only good reviews to be posted. They also advertise that bikes are on sale but ends the same night of the internet viewing but that same ad continues to be posted on their website day after day.Ive contacted them by phone, chat and email. They will not address my concern that these bikes are fakes or stolen. I am requesting the part they keep promising to resolve but they now will not even respond.
