Date of transaction was October 26th, 2023. Purchase Order number is ********* - this order is for an engine for a 2008 jeep Cherokee. When placing the order, the *** number was provided to the agent on a recorded line, and they confirmed the engine for the car was going to be $2,200. This order was then placed using a debit card and the turnaround time for the order was **** business days. Upon calling multiple times to check the status of the order I was never placed through to a live agent. The call was then only answered after calling from an unknown number, the agent stated the part for the order did not fit the 2008 Jeep Cherokee and another $1,100 would need to be paid to get the correct part. Upon requesting to cancel the order the agent stated there would be multiple fees charge for a cancellation. After deciding how to handle this matter, multiple outbound calls to the business have been bade and no one is returning the calls refusing to actively rectify this issue.

*****, from Engine Reman quoted us $4000 to rebuild the engine in our **** **** Ranger. He received a $1000 deposit and picked up our vehicle in December 2021 with the promise of rebuilding the motor, performing full diagnostics of the vehicle, and repairing anything needed (at an additional cost). After complete lack of communication, multiple unanswered texts and phone calls, as well multiple cancelled pick up dates we were finally able to pick up the truck mid June 2022 and paid the remaining $3125.00. The truck did run, however the new radiator that was promised was not replaced. The vehicle ran for 6 weeks before the rebuilt engine malfunctioned. After having two other mechanics look at the vehicle, it was recommended that we return the vehicle to ***** to honor his warranty as the issue was a faulty engine. Reluctantly we had the vehicle returned to *****. He continues to not answer our texts and phone calls and refuses to give us a date for completion. We have been out of a vehicle for over a year now which has caused our family so much physical and financial stress due to his poor business practices. At this point we no longer care to have him finish the job. We do not trust his business ethics. We just want the truck back with a full refund so we can repair the vehicle with a company that we can trust and performs in a timely manner.

I got an engine rebuilt from this place in March of 2020 it had a lifter tick to it when it was installed I told them about it and the problem was never fixed. I drove it til the lifter tick eventually caused the motor to fail. I took it back to them paid them another 1000$ to fix it and they put a new motor in it. I drove it for a month or so before it spun a bearing. Once again I took it back to them and they put a third motor in the *********** drove it for a month before I got coolant in my oil and ruined the motor. When I told them what was going on they said oh yeah we had a feeling the heads needed to be machined but we decided Not to machine them. When I took it back they told me it would be a Week and I would have my truck back well long story short that was on April 25, 2021 I just got my truck back on august 26, 2021. When I got my truck back my driver side front and rear window regulators were broken and so was my amplifier for my speakers cause it got rained on.
