I filed a complaint against this company already, did not know they had a different name I only know them as Sierra Stone. Original complaint number# ******** I hired them to do a design on my carport ********************* talked about this design he came out and picked the colors for this specific design. I asked for a quote via their website November 22, 2021, I was in contact with *** the whole time via text and email. On 02/18/2022 the crew came to my home a little later than they were supposed to arrive, I had to give them access to my water and electricity for them to do the job. They guy who was in charge of the job pulled out this cracked phone and asked me what shape I wanted the diamond pattern to be. I picked one and then when back in my house to go back to sleep because I work nights for the post office. The guy in charge knocked on the door and asked me about changing the color a little bit for the covering of the entire carport I approved the new color. What I did approve is the change the whole design to what they wanted it to be not what me and *** discussed for months. They did not ask my approval, so I sent *** a text saying I am worried about the design he text back " Don't worry the guys are working through the design." So, you can imagine how mad I was when I looked outside and it was not the design I said I wanted so I sent another text along with the picture of the carport and said this is not what I wanted or discussed with ***. There is no black boarder, there are not 3 triangles in the design that should be there. If the could not do the design I wanted they should have told me and I would have went else where but no they did what they wanted to. All the while *** was telling me he would give me ****** rebate on my carport I asked about it every time I seen him and he kept telling me yes I was going to get the ****** but couldn't make him put it in writing. I want all my money back! No contract, warranty, not even a receipt for the job it was *******
