I purchased the monthly unlimited blowout service and have been attempting to cancel those charges since the end of May as we have moved out of state. I have called, emailed, sent inquiries through the website, and even text the owner directly (I had her number from when she used to text to inform me she was running late for an appointment). I cannot get a response no matter what I do. *** had to dispute the last four months of service with my credit card and yet the salon STILL wont cancel. I have waited months to post a negative review, but it is clear they plan to continue charging my card. This is completely unprofessional. I do have documentation of every cancelation attempt and continue to provide it to my credit card company and consistently win the disputes.

I recently moved from ********, ** to ****, **. While I lived in ******** (11/19-6/22) I used the Blow Co and had a $99/month subscription to use their services. In July 2021 I cancelled my subscription (verifiable by *********************, an employee at the time) due to my husbands advancing Alzheimers which made it much more difficult to leave him and consumed most of my time and attention. Later I discovered the business owner, *********************************, continued to charge my credit card $99mo for 10 months (7/21-4/22) for a total of $990. When I contacted ********************** she said there was nothing she could do about it because it was done through her third party billing system. When we had a three way call with the billing company, ********************* and myself the billing company said it would have to be resolved through **********************. ********************** then told me it was her policy to only refund one month. I told her the policy did not apply to my situation because I had clearly canceled my subscription and discontinued using her salon yet she continued to inadvertently/?fraudulently charge my credit card for 10 months. I continued to contact her to try and resolve the issue but she usually refused to take or return my calls. She never apologized or indicated any error on her part. She did finally make a $99 refund to my credit card in 5/22. I asked for but never received a letter from her indicating my credit card info and personal info had been removed from her system. I still continue to get texts / offers from her salon so I dont believe she has done this. I did work with my credit card company and they reversed 4 months ($396) of the fraudulent charges. I have repeatedly requested ********************** credit my card for the remaining 5 months ($495) of fraudulent charges but she has refused to respond or do so. So I am turning to the BBB to try and help me resolve/receive this remaining refund of $495. Thank you for any help you may assist me with.*********************************

I went online and scheduled an appointment for haircut and color with The Blow Co. Salon. I made this appointment online on 11/3/21 for an appointment on 11/13/21 at 4pm. I was charged a $40 deposit on 11/3/21. On 11/13/21 at 2:15pm, I received a phone call from the owner of the salon, ******** She said my appointment had to be cancelled because of the stylists family emergency. She said she would contact me as soon as possible to see if I could come in later that day or early the next day. I waited until 530pm before contacting them. I told them that I needed my deposit money refunded. I was told that this would be done and to wait ***** hours for it to hit my account. I called again on that following Tuesday since the money was not refunded to my account. I was told to wait another day and call after 5pm. I waited until Friday after 5pm to call again because I still had no refund. I was told that this was an easy fix and it would be refunded. I was told I would receive a phone call and still havent received a call or a refund.I would like the $40 deposit refunded to my account since the appointment was cancelled on me.
