      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Mobilitas Insurance regarding their handling of my accident claim (Claim Number: **********). Despite numerous attempts to contact ******** at Mobilitas via phone *************) and email *************************************** I have received no response.My insurance company has determined that Mobilitas's client, ************** is at fault for the accident. This conclusion was based on a thorough assessment of photographic evidence and a recorded statement from Mr. ******** in which he admitted that he did not see my vehicle before changing lanes. This clearly indicates that he failed to check his blind spots, making him responsible for the accident.I have repeatedly reached out to Mobilitas to provide additional evidence and to seek resolution, but I have been consistently ignored. This lack of communication and failure to address the claim is unacceptable.I request that the BBB intervene to ensure that Mobilitas responds to my claim and compensates me for the damages incurred.Thank you for your assistance.

      October 22, 2023 I was sitting in my car parked at the ******** located at ***************************************************************************, when the driver of a red RAV4 backed into my vehicle, causing damages. The driver immediately hopped out of the suv and showed me his registration and insurance to file this claim. I contacted ***** and filed my claim # ******** and was told ************************* would be handling my claim agent # 1G51682. December 22,2023 I received an email from *************** asking me to fill out a claimant statement she also asked me if I has gotten an estimate yet, at the time I hasnt but made an appointment for ****** Auto collision off ********************** , at the appointment I was told that they didnt honor Esis insurance and that a lot of business didnt . I then took my vehicle to blossers for an estimate I emailed *************** in January 3024 no word from her as I often contacted ****** and her supervisor ******************* and received no correspondence. Until May 3, 2024 when *************** sent me a shift statement saying since the driver was working Lyft that day they are responsible, she routes me to ******************* from Mobilitas Insurance on May 7, 2024 , in which at that time I submitted my documents and have yet to have my car repaired, I want a rental car while my car is being repaired as well and if this situation isnt rectified by May 20, 2024 I will be forced to file a Civil Claim.

      My wife was rear ended 02/02/2024 the driver of the car that hit her was ticketed on site and admitted fault. Mobilitas agreed to ** getting the car repaired. The body shop is telling them the rear bumper need to be replaced, they are disputing the experts opinion and denying the proper repair. They are saying the bumper can be plastic welded, but the body shop is telling me its a main mounting tab and the weld will not hold and are recommending it be replaced. We just want our car back in the same condition it was before the accident.

      I was involved in a car accident when another car hit my car in the rear while i was at a stop light.The car i was driving was rented from the Lyft rideshare service.My deductible of $1000.00 was held but not returned even after the car was repaired by the responsible party.I didn't get my deductible back and Mobilatas General Insurance Company sent me a letter stating that they lost the arbitration on my claim.I want my deductible back.

      This summer I was hit by a driver Mobilitas covers. In the fixing of my Mobilitas refused to pay the repair shop during a review period. I personally called Mobilitas twice to get them to pay and release my car they refused saying it had to go to a third party to review. I was never again contacted but I kept calling the repair shop every day as they were holding my car for payment. Finally, several days later they received payment and I dropped everything to take the rental back first thing the next morning and get my car. After I get a charge from Enterprise the Mobilitas did not pay them for the last three days and it was charged to my credit card. Mobilitas never called me when they made payment to notify me and if I had not been calling the shop on a daily basis I would have never known when they were paid and they would have charged me more than the $156 they already charged me. The agent I would talk too was not helpful and continually just blamed it on the process.

      I was hit by there insured driver on 10/17/2023.which caused damage to my vehicles drivers side front and rear door which after the accident doesnt allow the back door to close properly which i have informed them about several times. I reported the accident to them (mobilitas)in writing and via a phone call on 10/18/1023. It is the 31st of October and i have yet to get a phone call or a email about an adjuster coming to view my vehicle. Ive called several times to try *** get a number or a email for said agent and have been denied several times.

      My fianc and I have been out of work since May due to an accident in a companys rental vehicle and have been dealing with this company since June. Weve had problems with our loss wages ever since and its beyond frustrating. We have a 7 year old and 4 month old, our only source of income is loss wages and every time were due for our payment, theres an issue. Its always issued at a later date than it should be, which puts us behind on bills. This whole company could care less about our home situation as long as theyre still getting a paycheck. They keep saying we have to wait 14 days in between payments but then we end up waiting ***** days because they choose to issue it on a Friday and we dont get it til Monday. Which is very unfair to us. **** had multiple conversations with the adjuster and his supervisor which has gotten us nowhere. Today, we asked our adjusters supervisor for a new adjuster and was told that was not possible. Im completely over this company, I hope to never have to deal with them again.

      The vehicle involved was driven by my son *********************************. He as hit by ******************************* in ******, **. ****************** admitted wrong and I filed a claim with her rental insurance company. The car she was driving was a rental. The date of the accident was May 16, 2023. ****************** provided her driver license, car tag and ********************** card so I could file a claim in which I have. I received a letter from Mobilitas Insurance stating "Based on our investigation, we have concluded that there is no coverage for this loss under our insured's policy." The insurance card I was provided has coverage 04/25/2023 effective date and 05/25/2023 expiration date. I am requesting that Mobilitas Insurance cover the estimated damage of $2,046.57

      i drive for lyft and had recently been involved in a vehicle hit and run accident where the other vehicle had fled. lyft has been of no help as well as there insurance partners which is mobilita and blue star llc. all 3 companies have been no help and none understanding about my situation and seems like my situation is not much of importance to them. i'm left not being able to go online and earn because lyft and its partner companies that i mentioned are not responding and not being helpful. me being unable to earn money is causing a financial hardship which they can careless about. i have bills that need to be paid and kids who need to eat. but as long as these 3 companies are profiting and thriving, they can careless about my situation. i don't know who to turn to for help and i'm suffering because of all three companies unprofessionalism and carelessness. each day that goes by i'm getting further and further behind on bills and becoming more financially stressed. they don't respond they don't seem to care and they are not interested in helping. it's frustrating that a company who racks in millions if not billions combined still don't care to help someone who brings them income me the driver for lyft they pay no attention to the cry for help. lyft along with their partners profit from me the driver yet to no help they have been. i'm not being able to earn because their lack of service and understanding.

      Mobilitas refuses to pay out valid auto insurance claims. They change adjusters frequently, don't answer emails or calls. They delay your valid claims indefinitely without explanation. For almost 3 months Mobilitas has continued to delay and not pay a valid auto insurance claim. How this company is continued to be legally allowed to do business is baffling.Mobilitas is the most unprofessional, unethical, fraudulent insurance company that exists. Avoid them at all costs.
