I have placed an order for soil, sand and grave on jan 25th 2022 for $237*29* Soil and sand was delivered by Bed rock on Jan 31st 2022* Since the gravel "MADISON **** 1/2" WASHED" was half a ton i was told it cannot be delivered* Then i told them to make a note that my landscaper **** will pick it some time during the week of Jan31- Feb 4th * Since these materials were ordered to build a raised bed for the garden , and as i got it constructed by my landscaper we realized we didn't need the gravel * Then i called Bed rock to cancel that order for gravel and reimburse the amount of $34*30* When i called Bed rock on 02/02/22 they said **** already picked up the gravel * This is incorrect since **** didnt pick it from them , he was working at my home the entire day from 9- 5 from 01/31 to 02/02* When i asked Bed rock what day was it picked up they didnt have any details about that * they were giving lame reasons that since they have a lot of pick *** they dont track what time each load is picked up*Their response was " **** picked an order for Asha" * Their demeanor was rude and was not providing any support to figure out the issue * they put me on hold and never got back* i had to call them a second time and another rep spoke with the same response that they cant do anything* This is day time robbery * I have received similar complaints about them from my landscaper while working with other customers* The resolution i am looking for is reimbursing the amount of $34*30 * since the load was not picked up by us* Somebody else have picked it up and they dont have a system to log the pick up details *Business response

Cranston and ****** both remember this order, a guy came in and picked up the order of the ton of Madison **** washed material. The person that came in and picked up the order HAD both the customers name and what product was supposed to be picked up. He came into the office early in the morning prior to 9AM to pickup said product. Therefore this is the reason the customer did NOT receive a refund of $34.30. Its possible that the landscape person that picked it up may have used it for another one of his jobs since it was NOT needed at Mr. ***** house BUT he did for sure pick up the order.
Also.the owner of Bedrock Sand and Gravel, Inc. has changed and should be changed to ************************* and this is why we had not responded prior to this date as we do not open mail that is made to *********************** has he has been deceased since 2018.
