I ordered a fan belt for my **** Deere part ***** on 5/30/24 and paid a lot for priority delivery. It still hasn't arrived. I called and left a message and requested a call back to get the status but got no response. I tried repeatedly to sign on to their site for updates to no avail. It just keeps telling me to click on a link and change my password. I have done that several times but it still keeps sending emails to click the link and change passwords. I spent $30.92 and want a refund since they apparently aren't sending the product and don't want to be contacted.Initial Complaint

Ordered primer bulb for weed eater on April 19, 2024. Got order number ***** and was charged $ ***** for the part and shipping. After multiple phone calls and no response and multiple emails and no response I felt this was my last option. If they cant or wont fill this order I want a full refund
