I have been going to the Adair Med Spa for a few years. My issue was to start the process of tighting the skin on my face which worked for a while. At that time, I was a cash customer. Once **** was approved for Care credit, I then decided to have a process for skin tighting called JPlasma in March. **** informed me this would work to tighten the skin and it is a great option. This process was $1500 and 6 weeks later I saw little to no improvement. So then around June 3 we agreed to give laser resurfacing a try for fine lines and tighting the face, which I was informed would cause my skin to peel and be red like a sunburn. None of that happened I had to take a week off going in the office, based on what I through was going to happen. This fee was $1500. So once that did not work, I contacted her and sent pictures and informed her nothing happened and that I will be going to a skin surgeon and have a mini face lift. So, I asked her if we could split the charge of the $1500 and she could issue me a refund of half the fee of $750 on my Care Credit. She stated that my service was a nonrefundable service but I will do the process again. At this point I informed her I was having a mini face lift and would not need the process again.I did reissue the request for refund a couple of times and then told her I would give her the option to do what she thinks is the right thing to do. So as of today 8/9 I have not received any refund. So, in as much as I she is a very sweet person and I did enjoy her as a person but taking customers money for services that does not work is not doing the right thing. My intention after my facelift was to continue to go to Adair med spa for facials and other services but now that will not happen, she stated I was not welcome back.So sorry it ended this way.
