Mr. *****, of Luminous, proposed painting my house. He said that he would give me a 1 year warranty and inspect the paint annually, also that Sherwin Williams would give me a 5 year warranty. He promised to deliver a paid invoice with the warranties and inspections noted and leave me paint of each of the colors used. He has done none of those things. In addition, while on the site, his people spilled paint and splashed it on the stone of my house, making no attempt to remove it. There is paper and masking tape left all over my house. They left equipment there. They damaged my fence while painting it, leaving parts of it unpainted. I am unable to paint it myself because I don't have the paint he promised. I have called him 4 times. He no longer answers. I have sent him 7 texts and 3 emails. When I do reach him he says he'll be out the next day and he doesn't show, with no notice or explanation. On July 11th we had the exterior of our house painted. Payment was made upon completion and ***** walked the property with me. There were three small areas that needed a touch up. He assured me he would be back to do that . He even said I could hold back 500 until the job was completed. I declined because he seemed honest. I have spent the last month trying to get him to do the touch *** to no avail. All of my text messages from him say he will be out the next day but he never shows. He even offered to Zelle me 500 but never did
