            Precision Patio (Steve Gillmeister) installed a solid patio cover on my home in April, 2021. I paid him $6,154 for it (see attached contract). In August 2021 it rained and it became apparent that the patio cover leaked. From August 2021 to March 2022, Mr. Gillmeister tried several times to fix it without success. Then in March, he began giving excuses why he couldn't come back to complete the repair, and then stopped communicating with me. I recently asked Mr. Gillmeister if he would like another opportunity to complete the repair and he said no. We've been getting rain and it still leaks, so I had to hire another contractor to complete the repair, and it cost me $650 (see attached contract and payment). I would like Mr. Gillmeister to reimburse me $650 that I paid to repair the patio cover.
