I wouldnt use anyone else. Im notified the day before that theyre coming out. Then I get notified again when theyll be in my yard. Im notified once theyve arrived and when they leave. Their thorough and I feel safe knowing my yard is safe for our dogs.

Duke's is great! The service is responsive to customers and prompt when they say they will be there. And best of all, the sanitizing works!! I have been fighting with my turf and 3 dogs for 3 years now. Even with multiple rounds of pressure washing and sanitizing with everything out there, including bleach, I could not get the stink out. ****** did one application and the smell was less than a 1/4 what it was. I had them do a 5 step cleaning and between the two it eliminated the smell. I plan to have them do a monthly sanitizing for as long as I have dogs! ***** is the best!!! We use him regularly. He contacts us when hes on his way so that we dont have to dog outside when hes here. He contacts us when hes finished. Our yard smells so much better when he sanitizes. I couldnt imagine our yard without using *****.Duke's K-9 Sanitation LLC Response

Looked around for options to clean the artificial turf at my AirBnB, not knowing what kind of company did this, landscaping, cleaning, or something else. So grateful I found Duke's K-9 Sanitation! Handymen and others were quoting insane prices. ***** charges a reasonable price and does quality work. He is fantastic at communicating and with me being remote, he sent various pictures before and after. Would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others. I have been using Duke's K-9 Sanitation since shortly after they began servicing the Valley. My needs were more sanitation than waste removal. Our puppy had Giardia, and we needed to sanitize the yard to stop her from getting reinfected. ***** was prompt, very courteous, thorough, and careful to avoid making any sort of mess. The service was much more involved than I had anticipated, and when he was done, the yard was not only clean and sanitized, but also smelled great. No more urine or f**** odor!
