              02-05-2024 Technician for white wave pool service worked on pool chlorinated stated it was not working.This WA a choice home warranty claim.He stayed he would be back for repairs or replacement. Never returned or called. When trying to contact the company there was no response the company was out of business.The choice warranty company has no explanation for this?Also, the tech removed parts and left with the parts that are need to run the unit. We did not know this till anther compared y inspected the unit. We would like the parts back but cannot contact anyone or the tech.

              Charged me $3000 to fix my pool. He said the filter need to be replaced and he had a filter he can replace it with. Turns out the filter he put on my pool is for a spa and now I need to buy another filter that will actually cover my pool. I don't know what he did with my old filter and he won't return my calls.. bad service, don't trust them. Learn from my experience..
