    I have 2 complaints with this business. First off Ive been paying for the arcis prime membership for years and last March this business was not holding up their end of the bargain. They 7 months without having weekly member clinics which are part of the membership because the fired the pro that did them. Today I paid for myself and another prime member. We went to eat our food that was part of the green fees per the contracted membership. We ordered our food and the bartender that works there a Hispanic woman, rudely informed me with an attitude that what I ordered was not aloud. We have been ordering the same meal for 5 years and have never been told that it wasnt aloud and in fact get the same item at 3 of the other included courses. I asked for the manager and when he came out he immediately was a ***** instead of trying to deescalate the situation as I was already unhappy with the treatment in the past as well as the current situation.. he couldnt handle me cussing a bad word and immediately said he refused to honor our contracted fees that are already prepaid. Then threatened to call the police because I demanded to speak to his boss. Ever time Ive tried to contact Coorperate or management I never get a response and I would at this point like a refund for all payments made from March of 2022 and the 7 months of not having access to full services rendered. I also want my transaction for today refunded for the full amount which I have already disputed with ******* *****. If any for of push back comes from their end I will pursuit this further. This is an absolute shame as I was in the process of joining the country club but after the disrespect of the gm today I will not be returning anytime soon without an apology. I wasnt even approached by the manager correctly to begin with. If you cant handle the criticism and the word f word at a normal tone not even raised voice, then dont do customer service. I will remove this if this is resolved correctly.
