***************************** is the most unprofessional, unethical, greedy person that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.After being a tenant of his for almost 5 years, never giving him any issues, never once late on rent (except for the time when he decided to raise it on me 3 days prior to it being due. Notifying me by taping a note on my door...)During my time in one of rentals, there were multiple things that needed to be repaired. Water damage from the leaking roof, the electricity in the bathroom and then some contractors that he sent out due to a plumbing issue never came back and finished the job. Leaving exposed floorboards. The unit became an eyesore, and I would constantly tell him but never got a reply back. When I was finally able to move, I once again told him about the issues and how I would hope that wouldn't come out of my deposit because it's all stuff that he should have repaired a long time ago. After going through the required steps to move out, he still had the nerve to try to charge my account for another months rent! Luckily, was able to get that stopped, but when it came time to return my $2000 security deposit.....NOTHING! 2 weeks is what he legally has, well I even gave him extra time and a month later I asked about it (never expecting to receive the entire amount back, but anything would have been helpful. Especially since I have kids and am a single mom and he knows this.) After having to send a demand letter I get a text saying that I won't be getting ANY of my deposit back due to the conditions of the apartment. I said I wanted an itemized list of deductions...never got that either. I'm currently going through the small claims court now to get justice from this greedy, lying, unprofessional, rude, person. I would warn anyone to be super leery about doing business with *****************************. I have never heard a good thing about him. I, unfortunately, am experiencing it. There are much better realtors out there. Be careful.
