I contacted this business a month ago. As they represent they buy properties But they never get back to me or respond to phone calls or inquiries whatsoever I believe this is false advertising and bringing it to the attention of the BBB since the company claims to be BBB accredited

This is inaccurate information. We have a legitimate website and CRM where all of our leads are housed. The potential client that reported this actually completed an online form on 2.19.24. We did not market him directly, he sought us out. He received an auto email message. In addition, we called and left him a voicemail on 2.20 and 2.21. We spoke to him on 2.21.24 but his property was not in our wheelhouse to purchase. I am not sure why this complaint is even being filed. We did nothing wrong or out of the ordinary. Some properties do not fit our profile as was the case with this one and we definitely did our job at reaching out in a timely manner when he reached out to us. because the company is dishonest and falsely advertised it buys all properties in any condition and their representative ***** never even bothered to get back to me after we discussed my property with an offer as she promised to do
in fact this is the first time I learned this company was not interested in buying my home because I had to file a complaint just to get a response. Also what kind of legitimate company never answer their phones or returns calls if you leave a message
again this is a scam and my complaint stands as they falsely advertise they will buy your home then jerked me around and waste my time instead

Thank you for the additional information. I apologize that ***** has only been 2 weeks on the job and did not realize she needed to reach back out if a property was deemed non viable for our company. I have addressed that with her and appreciate you reaching out. In no way has there been any dishonesty or false advertising. Again, we did not reach out to you, you reached out to us. Our website does not say that we purchase ALL properties just that we do purchase in as is condition. Correct I found this company website on a search engine where they advertise they buy all homes in any condition After I filled out their online form and left a voicemail at the phone number they list on their website but never answer I got a call back by someone named ***** who promised after I gave her more information on the property that she would call back with an offer to buy my home but never did even after I sent her numerous texts and left many voice mails. It was not until I filed this complaint that I got a response from the company who also falsely advertised they not only buy all properties in any condition but pay top dollar for Them! This complaint needs to stand because of their malfeasance
