We're very happy with our new roof. We are especially appreciative of the care **** and crew took of our property from beginning to end of job. Very hard working crew even in this heat! We would gladly refer SDC to any of our friends and neighbors who need a new roof.

This company is definitely the best and most professional roofing company of 3, I have hired over the years on our rentals. They went above and beyond on all aspects of the roof replacement. Great company! Work was completed on time when promised. The crew with the roofing division was friendly, fast, and efficient. Went above and beyond to make things right on a roof that was 17 years old. When we came upon some road blocks **** worked to find a solution that was reasonable and agreeable to all parties. Sunny-,03/2022 If you need to replace your roof this is the company you should contact. Their prices were f and thy came on the date I was given. All the workers were neat and worked real hard. The company called several times during construction to see if I had any concerns. HEADS UP LADIES! THIS COMPANY WILL TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT. I had another company give me an estimate first. The guy would deliberately not answer my questions or would give me an answer to an unrelated topic despite several attempts. I finally stopped asking questions and was like...Yep, it is me not my husband writing the pay check here ****** Sunland came out. They answered all of my questions. They got up on the roof and did an inspection (the other guy did not even do this) and each day they left they cleaned up the area around the house (real important with little kiddos at the house). It has rained since the repair...no leaks. Their estimate was with in ***** of the final amount. Very impressed.Sunland Development Corporation - Roofing Division Response

Enjoyed doing business with SDC on my roof replacement. I appreciate the owner of the company showing up on the job to answer questions I had. The crew was on time and respectful. Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,Responsiveness,Value **** and his crew were amazing to work with during the entire roof process with no hiccups at all. The before and after of our roof color is just out of this world. We got several estimates and his was by far the best.
