Hello Skip That is not fair, I cancel you subscription. I received an email regarding cancellation or purchase subscription. I cancelled and also screen shot the cancellation I am going to report this to the better Business Bureau. I also have the screen shot when I cancelled.On Mon, Mar 7, 2022 at 03:31 PM, Thank you for your patience here. I just heard back from finance and they agreed to refund half of the annual subscription. What I can also do is add a $42 credit to your account for the remaining amount too, you can use for future services if you'd like to keep your subscription active.
