      this company buys from other company's and *** the price.. I've had issues with orders and got response once then nothing after 1st response... it's been 4ths and i enail 2-3x a year, no response AT ALL! Pretty much just like all the other BBB complaints on this page, it's terrible! It's such a shame bc i truly loved this site, what i thought & belived the company:products to be; unfortunately they are NOT! Also site states that it offers discounts to people in need, disability, ******** etc.. asks you to upload the proof.. which means now they have your info # etc.. well i inquired several times about it, and not once did I hear back..who's to say they don't use your info to benefit themselves somehow..It's just so wild how she had conversation with me for 1st order; then ghosted me from then on and every time for past 3-4yrs now!!! She purchases from another company I deal with directly via wholesale, then splits it up and makes separate pieces, charging higher prices, zero communication...oh and recently it appears they either changed owners/hands, sites, and it biz/products etc.. BOTTOM LINE; STAY AWAY FROM #SACREDSMOKESHERBAL Sacred Smokes Herbal!! BUYER BEWARE! They/she/the company MUST BE STOPPED!! PLEASE BBB TAKE NOTICE! SACRED SMOKES IS A SCAM AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF INNOCENT, SICK, ALL PPL IN GENERAL AND WE ALL NEED YOUR HELP TO END THIS FROM HAPPENING! BUYERS TRY ANIMA MUNDI.. That's the only other co I will deal with now after being scammed by Sacred smokes. Ugh the amount of $$$$ I spent too, never got a dime back nor use allllll the products I bought!!!

      April 8 2022 I placed an order and payment to this company. I was sent an email confirmation about the order.April 21, 2022 I send an email inquiring about the status, no response from merchant. Meanwhile funds were removed from my payment account. April 30, 2022 I send another email asking about status and asking if they are unable to fulfill order to please refund, no response from merchant. May 23, ********************************************************************************* the meantime I attempted to reach out to the shopping platform shopify, with no result. The customer service number is no longer active and refers you to the help site. The help site requires the merchant platform order url, and the merchant has disabled this. Making it impossible to file a complain with shopify. During this process their website began displaying this verbiage: UPDATE: 4/20/2022* Thank you for supporting this handcrafted herb shop! We are currently transitioning thru several major personal & business life shifts, and thereby, while you may still browse products, the ability to place a new order has been disabled until further notice. We look forward to bringing you more magick in the future!I have a claim that has been denied by **** because they require the merchant to have attempted to have sent the item i.e. tracking. So to them, via their policy I did not provide sufficient information. July 11, 2022 I spoke with both my bank and ****, and sent another email asking for a response. **** will only reopen the case if they respond.

      I ordered from Sacred Smoke Herbals on 4-14-22 and have not received any tracking number or anything. They did send a message when I placed my order stating that it can take up to 3 weeks to ship. Thats fine but its been almost 2 months with no explanation. I have reached out numerous of times and have gotten no response. ***** is my order #.

      I placed an order during their Black Friday (November 2021-approx. 40$) sale and have not received the order. Since February, I have attempted to reach out via email, their website and Instagram and received no response. Only to find out today that I have been blocked by their Instagram account. Its has been four months and I have not received the items I paid for. This company has no customer service and leaves me as the consumer without any resolution or access for refund. Totally unacceptable.

      I placed an order with Sacred Smoke Herbals nearly 3 weeks ago. Their website says to allow 7 business days for shipping. It has been longer than that. I have sent multiple emails that have gone entirely unanswered. I have emailed asking for a refund more than once. They do not have a contact phone number. They charged my card the day after I placed the order. I am paying for goods from a ghost company. I placed an order with another company for the most important item I needed and received it 3 days later. This is so frustrating. I would like my money refunded. This company is giving woman owned businesses a bad name.

      This is a recurrent issue with this business. The second time in 2022 that business takes money, offers receipt of payment, states will ship in ****. My recent order placed and paid 03/25/2022. Five e-mails sent to business owner, ****** (Andi), requesting when will ship. No replies.

      I purchased 6 packages of pine needle tea from this business. I only opened one of the packages. Within a few weeks there appeared to be white fuzzy mold on the needles, both in the opened and unopened packages. There is not "best by" or expiration date on the packages so I don't know how long I should expect them to last. I have no idea if this white fuzzy substance is normal for this type of product or if it is moldy and no longer consumable.My attempts to contact the company via their website and email have been unsuccessful- they do not respond. There is no phone number available for them either so I can't contact them. I really just want a refund.
