I would not even give it one star if I could. It has been 10 months and still not using solar. The sales people are the worst. ***** should be looking for a different job. First off they under estimated the solar and I used the ** formula. I would end u[ paying solar and APS. ***** said they would add two more panels at a set price for us to buy. Never heard anything, I kept calling and finally ***** got a hold of her. When she called me she then quoted me a ***** price increase from the one she gave me. I have been dealing with ***** to get any answers but still nothing. About three weeks ago ***** called and said I must sign today because rate were going up. Well still nothing from anyone. I am very sick and very tired of dealing with a sale person who cannot be honest so we can either finish the deal with our quote or remove the panels. It is costing me so much higher rate with APS because I was taken off the Average Rate. That is another thing, we were never told we would be penalized by APS for going from Average to Solar.

The solar panels that were promised are not producing the energy and are constantly offline. I keep getting APS bills, that I have to pay plus solar panels that don't work. They are not answering phones or messages and was informed by the company who installed the solar equipment that they are no longer doing buisness with them.

I wanted to get solar panels installed my friend told me about sun rate solar. He was right very professional company great to work with job and paperwork was all done for us we love our new panels they look great thank you sun rate solar

Very bad customer service, managers refuse to call customers, sales guy yells at you on the phone, they have a job to do and then tell the customer to do the work for them, tell you job is completed but solar panels are still not turned on don't know how they can say job complete when city inspection not complete, they put solar panels on one side of roof so after 3pm panels are not producing power, have wrote emails to company with no response, have called customer service, office manager, and sales guy they may answer but most of the time will not, cannot leave voice mail due to full mailbox I just don't understand how they can say they are a good company when they refuse to complete a job

Love my new solar panels! Sunrate energy was very helpful in offering the best equipment,warranty, and price. The process was easy and simple. This is my 2nd solar system. I'm glad I found them.
