  DATABASE SYSTEMS CORP CONSTANTLY CALLS ME ON MY TTY/TDD LANDLINE PHONE, I'VE REPETITIOUSLY TOLD THEM TO TAKE ME OFF THEIR CALL LIST (9 TIMES TO DATE) AND I AM REGISTERED ON THE DO NOT CALL... BUT THEY STILL CALL CONSTANTLY. AND TODAY, THEY'VE CALLED ME 19 TIMES. ENOUGH ALREADY!

  I am sorry you are receiving unwanted phone calls.  Unfortunately, I was not able to find any call records matching the phone calls you have described.  I was also not able to find any record of previous communication to our company requesting your phone number be removed from our call list, as we would have taken care of any such request right away.   As I explained in my email from Sunday, we have added your phone number to our internal Do Not Call List, so you should never receive any phone calls from our company for any reason.  As per your request that we do not sell your information, I want to ensure you that we do not now, nor have never had, any of your personal information on our servers.  Our company does not maintain or sell such data.  If you have any further issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

   I TRACED THE TELEPHONE NUMBER AND IT GOES DIRECTLY TO YOUR DCS - WHICH I DID CALL BACK AND THEY SAY THEY ARE YOU.

  I believe you when you say you are receiving unwanted phone calls and I want you to know I am doing everything I can to stop any further calls to your phone number.  I unfortunately was not able to find call records that detailed the 19 calls you described receiving on Sunday, but if any of those calls were from our company, I sincerely apologize for the mistake.  On Sunday afternoon (June 19th, 2022) I added your phone number to our internal do not call list, which will prevent our phone systems from dialing your phone number.  There is nothing more that our company can do at this point, other than everything we did on Sunday to prevent you from receiving any future calls from our company.  Our company performs emergency voice broadcasting phone calls.  The phone numbers we dial for these emergency notifications are provided to us in real-time, from the originating government organizations, so we do not have copies of their phone lists and are not able to remove your phone number from their phone lists.  We are only able to block our software from dialing your phone number once we receive it.  That is the call blocking that I attempted to put in place on Sunday afternoon (June 19th, 2022).  We are in no way ignoring your complaint, we have done everything we can do to address it.  I do hope you have stopped receiving the calls.  I am sorry for any inconvenience or aggravation this situation has caused you.  We have done everything we can to prevent any ongoing issue.  Thank you.

  This number ***************) has called us day and night for 2 or more yrs now and continues to call over and over again every 2 to 3 mins for an hr. I cant find any information on who it is. **************.

  I am sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing.  Our company performs medication reminders and emergency phone broadcasts for hundreds of different organizations, including schools, churches, hospitals, police, fire and small city governments.  Because our calls are emergency in nature (fire, flood,evacuations, water boil, traffic, hurricane, etc) they are not subject to the standard do not call regulations, but we strive to make sure every call we place is going to the correct recipient.  All of our calls always come from ************, which is a legitimate phone number performing important emergency functions, which is why the phone number is not typically blocked by spam blockers.  I have added your phone number to our internal do not call list, so I can ensure you will never receive calls again from any organization we work with, even if those calls are intended as emergency notifications.  I do apologize for the inconvenience you have suffered and the calls should stop almost immediately.  Thank you.
