I ordered the tires I wanted online, made an appointment, went in and to have them tell my husband that the tires I wanted werent in stock and were not a good fit for my car. They called me with other options but they were persistent about selling my husband a BigO brand tire and not the Nittos we wanted. My vehicle was at the shop for over 8 hours. They recommended everything under the sun for my vehicle, and my husband bought a new battery. My vehicle only has ****** miles on it. My total online for the tires I wanted, with a warranty, was $900ish. Our total was almost $1700. The next day I drove to work. The car shakes at all speeds, shakes when you brake. It was terrifying. I called and couldnt get through to the store. I was able to get the car in the next Sunday and I drove the vehicle as little as possible the rest of the week. We were their first appointment on Sunday and my husband waited for the car. 4 hours later the car was done after they had to replace all of the lug nuts on my tires because they had all bent from the shaking of the tires. They said they realigned the vehicle and balanced everything. The next day, its just as bad. I took the vehicle to another big o that the manager tells me that the Nitto tires are in stock and would be a better fit for my **** He puts it on the machine and gives me documentation that looks like its never had an alignment. Its still out of wack. At this point I filed a complaint with their corporate office and Ive yet to hear back. Ive called their corporate office and told them I felt unsafe driving my vehicle. Still havent heard back. My car is still shaking. It still isnt braking without shaking. I will never go back to the original Big O, listed above. The manager doesnt care and is full of excuses. I need my vehicle fixed. I need tires that are appropriate for my vehicle. I need someone to do something before more of my vehicle is damaged or we have a failure. I do not feel safe!
