Brought my truck in for a simple alignment. Paid for the alignment and the one year alignment package. They said the work was complete and that they test drove it after to make sure work was fine. They did not test drive it because I was there at the shop when they pulled it out of the garage and now the truck drives worse than before. I called and told them that after driving a couple miles down the road and they said they are not used to lifted trucks so maybe that was why. I went in the following day to ask for a refund and they refused saying that an alignment was done so they would not refund it and when I asked for the manager to take a test drive to show him he refused saying he couldnt leave even though there was a shop full of people there. I told them that I felt like I was being ripped off since I offered to show them how the work was not completed and that they refused to look at it until a later date which at that point would mean they could claim it was not because of them and all they could offer was for them to try and do the work again later in the week. Its only $150 but I cant trust them with my vehicle anymore after making the situation worse and do not want them to damage anything else.Business response

Store manager reached out to the consumer to resolve the issue, the customer was offered to have the alignment re-done or we would refund him for his purchase, he declined.Initial Complaint

On 6/12/21 I got my 1 ton Dodge to Big O at *****************************************************. They were told to check the dust cover. They said it would have to have a complete differential service done. I was told It was done. Picked the truck up the next day. Parked it in ******** about 5 miles from Big O. Left on 6/15/21 drove to I 93. About 30 miles from Vegas. There was a loud bang that. We had to call a tow truck from S, Vegas. It was late by the time the tow truck came. It was towed to Ultimate Auto *************** The tow bill was *******. The room was ******, repair **** was ********. The original **** was ******. They are saying there is nothing they can do. Their service person checked everything. If he had checked everything, he would have seen the bearing were bad. This has cost me well over ********* with a loss of revenue. Going back to Vegas to pick up my truck. The shop in Vegas said that was the cause of the transmission breaking.Business response

Unfortunately we can not pre determine a part failing within a certain time period, we only provided a maintenance service on the vehicle.Customer response

Please view the invoice, the original complaint was to check a front pinion seal, we did so and replaced it with maintenance on the differential and again we provided a maintenance service. Nothing else was noted on the invoice stating that we performed an inspection or verified that something else was good, we would not be able to identify an issue that had not happened yet?Customer response
