            Yes I purchased a car from liftedtrucks.com in Glendale ******* on June 9 got financed through ****** credit Union that I was financed with my old car had to sign a second contract on June 24 theyve been paid off through his credit union my challengers been paid off and now theyre saying I need to sign a third contract saying that I owe them money and theyre holding my plates and I am not signing a new contract because my credit union said not to sign a new contract theyre trying to pull a scam on me

            I bought my lifted truck in the middle of May, paid cash for the truck no financing. Easy deal right? Not so much! Come to find out they sold me a truck without having the title. We are now on the 73rd day of no registration or title. Keep in mind they have my money! Of course they would only get a slap on the hand for not transferring the title into my name within 15 business days but, as for me you can only imagine how uneasy I feel not legally owning this truck. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. This is not how business is conducted when buying a vehicle especially a cash deal! I have now been told the delay is due to my personalized plate which I have had for 15 years and been transferred to 3 different vehicles over the years without an issue! I would not trust their shady tactics!

            Hey ********, Id like to apologize for your experience and let you know that we are sorry for not meeting your expectations. We definitely have a title for the truck, and have transferred it to your name. In regards to your custom plates, this is not a typical mistake that we make but apparently we didn't gather all the info we needed to transfer your custom plate property. Our ****************** department are 100% aware for the issue and they told me that they have reached out a couple of times to help rectify the situation. Please call us at ************ and ask for ******* or ***** as the need a little more info to complete **************** transfer. Thank you!

            Interesting that you just mentioned you have the title to my truck and its in my name when ******* just contacted me 20 min ago and was looking into the situation and would call me back no later than 4pm today. Its also interesting that you mention ******* or ***** was trying to get a hold of me a couple times when neither have reached out until today but, other employees had no problem getting a hold of me last Wednesday and on Saturday. Im appalled that had to go to these great measures to finally have someone to communicate with me and get this taken care of. Although we are still not done.
